Take a break and have a wonderful holiday in the modern summer pearl holiday apartment between the Baltic Sea and the lagoon. The newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser is located in the Maritime School in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. Start your day with a nice breakfast on the 8m² east balcony and enjoy the view into the distance over the roofs of the picturesque town of Wustrow. The balcony has a table with four chairs and two sun loungers so you can relax all day. This is accessible from the living room and the bedroom. The light-flooded apartment with 67m² offers space for 4 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair and invites you to spend wonderful moments together. The friendly high ceilings, the harmoniously coordinated furniture in the style of a beach house, the wall pictures and home accessories let you calm down quickly and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect and has underfloor heating. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The open NOLTE - fitted kitchen borders the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is equipped with numerous cooking accessories perfect for a dinner. Seat shell chairs, which are gray in the timeless, provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. The modern, light wall tiles in wood look shine for the special ambience of the beach house style. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, which is also located in the main building, invites you to relax. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room.
