Still, you may find it hard to leave the property, with a dizzying array of on-site resort amenities, including a massive outdoor pool, a lazy river, water slides, a kid's splash pad, sports courts, an on-site restaurant, and a game room.

At home, you'll find abundant natural light, stylish, high-end furnishings, and plenty of space to gather with friends or family. The group chef will love the sleek, stainless-steel kitchen, and you'll have your choice of mealtime venues, including the breakfast counter and the indoor and outdoor dining tables.

The arcade room drops you right into the heat of battle, with Avengers-themed murals, Marvel and Capcom arcade cabinets, a pool table, Ping-Pong, and a smart TV. There is also an assortment of classic board games for old-school fun. The connecting foyer makes a great gamer's den, with two game chairs and massive dual monitors. Across the hall, younger guests will find an entertainment space of their own in the 'Neverland Nook,' complete with a kid's table and smart TV. A huge smart TV and plush seating sets the stage for casual downtime in the main-floor living room. Upstairs, indulge in an intergalactic viewing experience in the immersive Star Wars-themed movie room. Modern essentials include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi.

Children's bedrooms offer younger guests the chance to tuck in with the crew from Toy Story, experience enchantment with the cast of Encanto, discover Hogwarts with Harry Potter, and make mayhem with the Minions. The adult bedrooms each feature a unique design theme and complementary decor.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Optional pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st with a three-day minimum booking. Pool heating is optional. You do not pay for the check-out day. The pool heaters in this area are heat pumps, which means they extract the heat from the air and transfer it to the water. Although heaters are usually set to 85 to 87 degrees, the temperature they will reach depends on the current air temperature. If the outside temperature is 65 to 70 degrees, the heater most likely will not reach the set temperature of 85 to 87 degrees. If the outside temperature is below 60 degrees, the pool heating equipment will not be able to transfer any heat to the pool water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
