Heading back downstairs, the modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dark wood cabinetry filled with cookware and dining ware, a chef’s dream destination for whipping up home cooked meals. The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower and the second with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles with overflow parking for 1 additional vehicle on the street.
• Pool heating is available with advance notice for $19 per day. Please note that the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay.
• The grill is available for a flat rate of $39.00.
• We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
• In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
