**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 days we charge for water and energy;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$1500.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after the check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 3 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV;

Bedroom 1 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Bedroom 2 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.

NOTE: Bedrooms 1 and 2 share 1 bathroom, making one of them a suite.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment.
