Relax in the spacious living area on the luxurious leather couch and loveseat, perfect for unwinding after a day of seaside adventures. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, with an additional five barstools at the kitchen bar, providing plenty of space for shared meals and lively gatherings.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, knives, and more, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary needs. The property also features a washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as beautiful, well-appointed bathrooms.

Just a short drive away, pristine beaches await your exploration, while the community pool and tennis courts offer even more opportunities for leisure and fun. With its perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and amenities, Blue Mist promises an unforgettable retreat for you and your loved ones.

The property has a max capacity of 10, and is ideal for up to 10 adults and/or children.

*We offer an initial set of complimentary toiletries, which includes one roll of paper towels, two dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom. You may choose to bring any extra supplies you require or conveniently purchase them at a local store along with your groceries.

*Parking is available for 2-3 cars in the private driveway, with overflow parking at the pools and tennis courts.
Please review the house rules rules below:

All trash must be placed in trash bags that have been tied and placed in the outdoor trash bins. Please do not place loose trash in the bins as it will not be collected. Trash bins are located near the driveway and must not be moved! The trash valet service will retrieve the bags from the trash bins. Trash pick up is Tuesday and Thursday (with additional days added during peak season). Note, Emerald Shores does not recycle.

Guest who booked the reservation must be present during the stay and is not allowed to book on behalf of someone else.

No parties or special events allowed, unless previously discussed and arranged with the property management company.

Absolutely No Smoking Allowed. This includes vaping. (The smell lingers!)

Please, no pets allowed, If guests bring pets there will be a $500 fee per pet.

For legal and safety reasons, please don’t exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM. Be sure to respect the noise curfew if there is one listed for the property.

Please don’t turn the AC below 70 degrees during the Spring/Summer. AC may freeze up if it runs too hard causing additional problems, such as the AC shutting down and us not being able to get an AC technician out to repair it right away. It will get HOT quickly.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. Departure time is 10 AM and Check In time is 4 PM.

If anything breaks or you can’t clean up the mess yourself, please call us right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.

If you move any pieces of furniture around, please, please put it back where it originally was before you depart.

Please start the dishwasher before you depart.

Please take the trash out before you depart.

-Damage Responsibility Disclosure-

*Guests are responsible for any unreasonable damages caused during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, and equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repairs or replacements due to such damages will be charged to the guest. Any damages exceeding $1500 per reservation will be charged to the guest.
