Splendid house on the beach located in the glamorous and well secured Portobello Resort & Safari condominium, in Mangaratiba.

This idyllic villa features a beautiful swimming pool with a direct view of the beach, just a few steps away and directly borders the lawn in the backyard of the house.

Right next to the pool, separated by a water curtain, there is access to the property's whirlpool and sauna, both with unobstructed views of the beach as well.

On the strip of sand, in front of the property, guests can also play tennis or volleyball on the sand court, which is also lit at night.

The interiors are spacious, open and ready to receive large groups of friends and families. There are 2 integrated rooms, 1 TV room and another living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and the dining room has a dining table for up to 12 people.

There are 5 complete suites with another support suite for staff close to the hydro.

Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, he/she assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, and available to do shopping at the supermarket, when necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does general maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepares meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
