Enjoy dignified and luxurious living with access to Bendigo’s centre. High ceilings, two living areas, and a spacious backyard make this the perfect stay for travelling families or larger groups.

The Space:
Step into our inviting three-bedroom retreat. The first two bedrooms boast queen-size beds, while the primary has a spacious walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite for added convenience. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, catering to families with infants and including a baby cot. Ceiling fans adorn every room, ensuring optimal airflow throughout this charming abode.

The generously sized kitchen is outfitted with high-quality appliances and ample cookware, ideal for whipping up delicious home-cooked meals. Revel in the convenience of a gas-lit stovetop, a sizable kitchen island, and a breakfast bench with stool seating. Step outside to the outdoor entertainment area, complete with a pizza oven—just remember to bring your own wood and supplies.

Relax and unwind in front of the expansive TV, perfect for cozy family movie nights. Alternatively, savour quality moments with loved ones, whether lounging on the couch or enjoying the open-plan space.

While we warmly welcome groups of up to seven guests, we ask that you refrain from hosting events or conducting business activities on the premises.

Guest Access:
You have private access with using a electronic door code. Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

*There is a portacot available for guests use. Please provide your own linen for this.*

There are no stairs at the property, but a small step to go up as you enter the front door.

The Neighborhood:
Escape the hustle and bustle of central Bendigo and discover the charm of Maiden Gully. This relaxed suburb offers a taste of country life while remaining conveniently close to the city. History buffs will delight in exploring the well-preserved heritage buildings, while nature lovers can enjoy scenic walks or picnics at the local recreation reserve. Food lovers will enjoy Balgownie Vineyard, which offers a sophisticated dining experience with stunning vineyard views that are perfect for a romantic evening.

To experience the vibrant centre of Bendigo, head into town and visit the many cafes, restaurants, and shops. You can grab a quick coffee and snack at El Gordo, Ghosty's Diner, or Sim'r, or indulge in a gourmet dining experience at The Dispensary, The Old Boundary Hotel, or Masons of Bendigo.

Take a leisurely stroll through Rosalind Park and admire the beautiful landscaping. Then, step inside the Conservatory and Fernery to appreciate the exotic plants.

Getting Around:
Bus Route 54 is accessible at Meadow’s Way & Lower Beckhams Rd located 250m away.
Eaglehawk Station, with access to the V line, is 6.2km away.

Other Things to Note:
**Security Deposits**

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.

**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
