Sit back and relax on the comfy couch that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) while being entertained by the flat-screen TV that is smartly placed in the TV rack and stylishly framed by decorative accents to give the space a chic aspect. This tranquil space will become your favorite place to unwind with your loved ones, unplug from technology, and engage in your favorite activities. The rattan chair, wicker pendant light, and jute rugs add texture and interest.
The spacious kitchen with modern furnishing is packed with the essential, modern appliances and cookware you would need to prepare delectable meals for you & your loved ones in no time. Enjoy your meals with your loved ones in the dining area's wooden dining table, which has seating for two.
The bedroom has been artistically designed to meet your standards that exude calmness. With glass walls that let in lots of natural light, the bedroom is a calm and serene sanctuary. Sleep peacefully on the comfortable mattress of the queen bed with fresh linens & soft pillows. The bedroom comes complete with an integrated closet, jute rug, wicker pendant light & distinctive décor to make this place more cozy and peaceful.
The bathroom has a glass shower enclosure and white fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided for a comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai South is Dubai’s largest single urban master development focusing on an aviation and logistics ecosystem that houses the world’s largest airport when fully operational complemented by a multi-modal transport infrastructure connecting air, land and sea. Positioned as a global transport hub and major contributor to the economic growth of Dubai.
It sits on a huge landmass with different districts for residential and commercial purposes. The location of Dubai South is of prime importance along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, near Dubai Investment Park.
Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road & Emirates Road
Dubai South is a city within a city. Eventually, it will be the home of all kinds of basic and luxurious facilities. Ibn Battuta Mall can be reached within 25 minutes and The Outlet Village by Meraas is 22 minutes away. Other nearby malls include Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the world-renowned Dubai Mall. These shopping destinations can be reached within a 40-minutes drive. Palm Jumeirah Beach and JBR are one of the renowned beaches in Dubai are just 20 minutes drive.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.
If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 22 minutes’ drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
