The Space:
Be enticed as you enter this studio apartment. Relax on the comfy sofa that can be turned into the sofa bed while you watch your favorite movie together with your companion in the equipped flat-screen 49 inches Smart TV with cable channels. The space comes complete with a coffee table, soft carpet & wall art. A built-in wardrobe is also available making it easier to line up your outfits for the week.

Next to it is a lovely double-sized bed fitted with high-quality linens, mattresses, and pillows for a good night's sleep. The sleeping area comes complete with a bedside table & lamp, and wall décor to create a cozy atmosphere.

It has a very neat and fully equipped kitchen with a washer, stove, cookware, kettle, and coffee machine where you can prepare home-cooked meals for your loved ones. Enjoy the meals with your loved ones in the dining area that comes with a round compact dining table & three dining chairs.

For a more comfortable stay soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gels in the bathroom is provided.

Enjoy your quality time with your loved one as you gaze at the sunset or sunshine with the apartment's private balcony, complete with outdoor furniture.

The Neighborhood:
Sunrise Legend is located in Arjan and is in proximity to the communities of Motor City and Al Barsha. Being connected to the city via Al Khail Road & Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road makes it more accessible to explore other areas.

The area is very accessible to all the necessities as it is surrounded with restaurants, malls, schools, supermarkets and more.

Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina Mall and The Dubai Mall are less than 20 minutes away from the community. While, Al Sufouh Beach is approximately 15-minute drive away where the two iconic landmarks of the city is – Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah. Two minutes farther is the famous Jumeirah Beach.

Discover the Dubai Miracle Garden that holds the Guinness World Record for housing the largest floral installation or the floral replica of the Emirates A380 aircraft which is just 2-minutes drive away.

There are much more to discover within the area that you would not want to miss.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.

Situated between the two major thoroughfares of Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The nearest metro stations are Dubai Internet City station and Mall of the Emirates which are just minutes away drive from the area.

If you enjoy long walks, shops and other establishments are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, hospital, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from Dubai Airport is by taxi (28min). The cheapest way is by riding the Metro (1hr and 25 mins, AED7.50 per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
