For us, this property was perfect. It was clean, spacious, in a great area. I was looking for plenty of space for my family at a good price, and I got it. If you are looking for a perfect and updated resort, this is not it. The units are dated and far from pristine, but like I said, I don't care so much about that, space at a good price.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Area is beautiful. Property is clean. Apartment is spacious. A lot of amenities. Games/equipment should be upgraded. The king bed mattress in unit needs to be replaced. There is a sink hole in the middle of mattress. I was looking forward to jacuzzi tub, but didn’t use because water came out yellow. I also noticed yellow water in common bathroom because water took a long time to go down tub drain. Overall OK stay. Would probably look for something more updated.

The pictures of the unit made it look updated and well appointed. The unit we had was dated with old fixtures and very little furniture and lighting. Bottom unit had French doors with blinds that were chewed up that let a lot of light in. We got the place because of the location near friends but may specify an updated unit on the top floor if we stay again. There’s plenty of parking in complex but generally full in some sections.

Upon booking room I alway request a bottom floor being I have a one year old like like to roam, when I get to the property she said she had me on the top I then ask for a bottom she tell me all the room are booked for the night I go to my room and notice the bottom room below me was available I called the desk no answer. I also Booked for a jucuzzi which I always do but being I was on the top she say all the top one don’t have jacuzzi so I then ask to be switched again she said everything was booked so I go out looking and see there multiple rooms available I called Expedia the contact the resort only for her to tell them the same they said they would accommodate me once management get in they did nothing

Had a group of 21 people staying here and we were over all pleased . The host accommodated us into 2 buildings which was perfect as the kids could run from room to room and we felt safe letting them . Pool is great but the grounds need some serious work..like the miniature golf and rotten bridges. We did have a great time but the resort is old and needs to be upgraded a lot .

Very good accommodations. Communication was excellent. Late checkin went well. The only problems we noticed were: the apartment was clean, but not 'spotless'. The place was dated, with worn cushions on the couch...hopefully JD didn't stay there. And, I checked the BBQ grills in the common area, which were so old, worn and dirty that they were unuseable.

The room was clean but the furniture was torn, and very out dated. Dining furniture had covers over the chairs bc they were so bad. Had to put a blanket down on the couch to sit on it bc the leather was ripped and sharp. The water is yellow. Lots of bottled water to brush our teeth, cook, make coffee. Large jet tub had a crack in it, unable to use it. Master bed was broken or something in the middle, you just roll to the center and the springs... HURT. We have stayed here 3 times before this trip and this was by far the worst experience. We said we wouldn't stay again but the listing said PREMIUM UPGRADED SUITE the only difference is updated counters and tile in the bedrooms. Called front desk bc the internet went out, there is no service there so thats the only way we could receive calls, they came by once to fix something else and never came back or communicated about the internet, never fixed. Also the amenities have seen better days.

This is the only place I'll stay in the Palm Coast area.... Just finished my 4 th stay. The property is older and very well kept. The pool, ping pong, pool table, work out room are available to all guests. Bring your bikes and kayaks for fun in nature Kitchen has the bare necessities to make a meal for 6. Blenders, toaster coffee pot. Small washer and dryers in each condo. I could literally live there.... I plan on returning soon

Everything was great. The only recommendation I have is they needed a new couch, in the room we stayed in anyway. It was incredibly worn and peeling. It didn’t cause any issues, other than it leaving a few pieces on the floor but we just put a sheet on it and that helped. It just made the property look like it didn’t care about the furniture.
