Booked a room here for my husband who was travelling from Australia to attend Royal Ascot races. He said the bed was super comfortable and room had everything needed. Easy access to transport and location was great. App/check in he was nervous about as he's more old school, but was simple and easy enough to work out. He claimed he would definitely stay there again.

Great location (10 min walk to South Kensington Tube Station), very easy check-in (they even let me in early so I was able to shower before my work meeting!), and great amenities. Will definitely stay again!

For London the room size was huge! Location is quiet and a quick 7min walk to South Kensington station which has both the Piccadilly and District/Central tube lines. Booked the room with a sofa bed and had more than enough room! Wifi was great, thankfully the a/c worked well as it was a heatwave! If you don’t need to be in the hustle and bustle and don’t mind a quick walk to the trains and high street it’s perfect!

The property worked well for us. Nothing fancy, just the basics. Once we got the door code in and out was smooth. Just felt like we were left hanging a little bit. Door code should be given earlier. Bathroom was okay but not great. Smelled like they needed to run some bleach in the pipes and the shower drain needed to be wedged open to let the water out. The mid-week cleaner just removed it. All in all, I’d stay there again.

The communication with the team pre booking and after booking was terrible. I was told on the phone BEFORE booking that the double bed in the large room referred to a 180cm bed. So happy with this info I booked a non refundable room. But only after booking and checking on the NUMA app after paying and filling all the info requires did it say on the room description that the bed was 140cm. I Contacted the team again to verify and this time I was told all the rooms in the large room category are different and the beds vary from 1m40, 1m50, 1m60 and 1m80 and they could not tell me what I was getting… to call once I got the pin to enter on the day and that they would help, I did and it did not change anything. Once we got to the hotel the room was small, bed 1m40…. Nothing at all as what was pictured on the site for the large room. I call this fish and bait, very deceiving really and still no help from NUMA until we bumped into GABBY the manager on the premises that day, (thank you gabby you were really helpful) who helped us resolve the issue and finally moved us in a room of the same category: bigger room and bigger bed. But if we had missed Gabby on that Friday we would not have seen a manager before the Monday and our stay would have been ruined. I would advise NUMA to specify and picture all those differences in the room in the différents categories. I stayed in this hotel under different managements and never had any issue before. amazing ocation but no more breakfast.

Pros: Easy check-in, location is quiet. There’s a short 10 minute walk to South Kensington Station which connects you to everywhere in London. The grocery store was 3 minutes away (open until 12AM!) and had all the essentials. Laundromat (wash & fold services) and pharmacy were also a short walk away. Public space and patio in the lobby were great! It would be nice to have some soundproof working booths for privacy so you could take important phone calls. Cons: My room had a connecting door to another unit, and you could hear EVERYTHING from the other room which means they could also hear me. Toilet flushing, every word of phone conversations, coughs, TV, etc. making it extremely uncomfortable. There was absolutely ZERO privacy with sound, which made it impossible for me to work in the room and made me feel like I couldn’t enjoy my music even at a low volume. Lock on the connecting door also felt flimsy and cheap (no deadbolt either), so I had a hard time sleeping on my first night. I’ve had connecting doors in hotels before, but they felt much more secure than this one. The shower was weak and lukewarm (did not get hot) but it did the job. No charging plugs by the bed for devices, which I found inconvenient. I would probably stay here again, but I would need to stay in a unit without a connecting door. As a solo traveler, it was very uncomfortable hearing someone’s every move. If you’re a couple or have kids, just be warned that the neighbor will hear everything.

Impeccably clean and an ergonomically efficient small, lovely space. We loved the room but persons with mobility/balance issues or persons of "larger size" would likely find it a challenge. I would see this room as being particularly appropriate for younger people. However, we are in our 70s, quite fit and on the small side and we had no difficulty with the size of the room. One design flaw is the very bright light in the bathroom and loud flushing for the toilet can be a bit annoying for those of us who need to use the toilet during the night.

Overall, a good hotel. Centrally located within 15 minutes of the natural history museum hotel itself was well cleaned rooms were very nice with a nice bathroom. They have lounge areas on the first floor and lockers for bags which made it really convenient.

Location was very quiet, safe, lovely area of London. Our large room had views on two sides of nice neighborhood. Not as close to Tube as would like but it worked and bus was also pretty convenient to some of the sites. Had several great local restaurants in walking distance. Room was nice with very comfortable king bed, room to move around, sitting area and nice bathroom separate from sleeping area. Only real complaint was that shower was walk in style with open back. Hard not to get water on the floor. Also don’t count on the storage locker being available. Hotel manager was kind to let us leave our luggage in room after arriving early in the day.

The unit was very nice but the weather was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly. The lift was not working which made it difficult to drag luggage down. It was very difficult getting messages returned from the hotel. I would probably give it another chance.

Hotellet ligger super godt. Det var rent og pænt og det fungerer super godt med digital indtjening og kommunikation. Sengen var kun 1.40 bred hvilket er lidt lille for en dobbelt seng😅
