The 1 bd apt size was ok but dated old. The bathroom was clean but old.

Great place to stay. Much better bang for your buck than the hotel next door. You get the perks of the hotel plus the space of the apartment which is well maintained, fully equipped and house keeping 3 times a week. Same room service and access to most the hotel amenities. Pool was great, staff were lovely and beds were fantastic. Only down side (and this is being super picky) it was maybe 5/10 mins too far away from everything down south but the orchard area was worth staying there for the “better” neighbourhood vibe. With that being said you could just plan a few days to be down south doing all the touristy things and then spend the rest of the time up near the shopping malls.

The Shangri-La apartments was the perfect choice for our stay in Singapore. With a family of four adults, the 3-bedroom apartment had all the space and amenities we needed. The location was very quiet and rooms extremely comfortable. The rooms each had access to their own bathroom or ensuite, and each with their own water heating system. The kitchenette allowed us to have coffee, breakfast and snacks in our room which gave us a lot more flexibility for meals. We often used the apartment pool after a day of sight-seeing, which was very convenient as well as very private. We also made full use of the adjacent Shangri-La hotel amenities and sometimes chose to eat at one of the many restaurants and on occasion we ate breakfast in the buffet. The location of the Shangri-La apartments was very convenient with a 10-minute gentle sloping walk to the MRT and shopping. A free shuttle could also be used to get to the MRT for easy travelling between sight-seeing locations. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the Shangri-La apartments for short-term family stays and we would definitely come again if travelling to Singapore.

Had a great 6 night stay in a 2 bedroom Premier Apartment which was a great size. Space was clean, decor slightly dated but more than adequate. Main bathroom had a huge shower. En-suite only had a bath and a hand held shower that you couldn't really stand under to shower. Plenty of wardrobe/storage space for clothes. Appreciated the food parcel with milk, eggs, cereal etc and was able to top up from 7/11 or Cold Storage just down the road. Also was delighted to find a laundry room (1 on every level) which was free with a huge washer and dryer. Just bring detergent. Pool was beautiful, plenty of towels and frequently had it to ourselves. Could have used the pool at the hotel next door, but had no need. Location was lovely at the top of Orchard Road. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. About a 10/15 minute walk down to the ION Orchard where the MRT was. However there was a bus stop about 5mins away and this was great. It was also a stop on the Hop On/Off Bus which was handy. Never a problem to get a Grab. Also about a 15 min walk to the botanical gardens. They did have a shuttle bus down to the ION Mall too. Having not been to Singapore before I would maybe stay more into the city next time but we were very happy here.

A very nice, clean, apartment. Resort well maintained. Staff excellent. Lovely that they set us up with some basic breakfast foods on arrival. Fairly easy walking Orchard. Also very easy to book a grab and be picked up. Communication with resort prior to arrival was very good!! Would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff were extremely professional, accommodating, helpful, and courteous. The hotel and our rooms were clean and spacious. It was really nice to have a full sized refrigerator/freezer that was stocked with basic groceries (milk, eggs, butter, orange/apple juice, bread, and cereal). The pool was clean, and we also had access to the main hotel pool and Splash zone water park for our little one. The hotel was conveniently located close to Orchard road so accessing everything the strip had to offer relatively easy. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks again to all the staff for all they did to make our visit that more enjoyable and stress free!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 4 which is really convenient with 2 bathrooms so no waiting to use bathroom after a long day out. The property is very clean and very conveniently located in the Orchard area. There is also free shuttle bus in and out of the local Orchard district. Guests can also access the facility at the Shangri la main hotel next door which we really enjoyed particularly the swimming pool, health club and the gym. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Singapore.

Kitchen equipment could be better ( in sizes) to meet guests needs. There were 2 big cooking pots but no small saucepans. A provisional supply / hamper was good and thoughtful gesture to start you off. Cold Storage supermarket in Claymore Connect was easy to access and ideal for topping up. Housekeeping team good and thorough in keeping the Apartment clean. Laundry Service in B1 offers good service of washing and drying. No need to get your own washing powder; however you may need to remove others completed laundry from the washer to free up space. Reception staff approachable and helpful. Umbrellas placed front of building are free to borrow for rainy days, but could run out easily so bring your own as there are none inside your apartment. You will need it when the sky opens. Could not ask for a better location, easy access to shops, restaurants, etc in Orchard Rd, walking distance to Botanical Gdn, also to sister Hotel Jen connected to Tangling Mall where you can find lovely shops and eateries, including the wonderful Wine Connection, a restaurant that caters for all kind of food and a wide wine selections. Orchard Boulevard MRT a step away from Tangling if you prefer a more relaxing stroll rather than the hassle and bussel of Orchard MRT. There is also the Private Gleneagle Hospital close by . It operates 24 hours A/E. Hopefully you don't need it but reassuring to know facility of such is available. Happy to return.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Zimmer grosszügig und sauber. Nicht mehr der neueste Ausbau aber alles gut. Bett sehr bequem. Wäsche wird jeden 2.-ten Tag gewechselt und das Appartment gereinigt. Pool gut. Essen (Frühstück im nebenan liegenden Hotel) ist ausgezeichnet. Personal freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Great family apartment. Close to sights. Free shuttle to shops. Great pool and access to hotel pool and facilities. Quiet rooms with blackout curtains. Handy kitchen and fridge with complimentary welcome basic groceries.

Great apartments everything that you need in there nice and clean the pool was excellent or so you could go to the hotel bit and use that facilities what was great as well that a kid's splash Park as big swimming pool at about five restaurants free shuttle bus to the beach

Vi är mycket nöjda med Shangri-La apartments! Vi reste med tre barn under 6 år. Vi kunde få både tidig incheckning och sen utcheckning, vilket var väldigt värdefullt för oss. Fin pool på hotellet samt väldigt fin pool och vattenlekområde på närliggande hotell. Fanns även fri shuttlebuss till orchard road och till Sentosa.
