Beau petit cottage proche de tout. Piscine très pratique. Lit confortable. Par contre, le canapé-lit a besoin d'être changé, il est très difficile de dormir dessus quand on sent les ressorts du matelas. Manque de rangements/crochets quand vous êtes une famille de 3-4 mais ok pour un couple. Le personnel est très sympathique mais les heures de réception, souvent pas respecté...

Le chalet était très propre, la piscine très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il n’y a qu’un seul oreiller par personne. L’heure de sortie est hâtive (10h) et aucune toilette n’est disponible pour ceux qui voudraient profiter un peu de la piscine. Le prix est trop élevé pour la qualité des installations.

Great location with easy walk to attractions and national park. Kitchen had everything we needed, and nice BBQ. While the cottage was fairly clean, the towels were stained and worn. The couch and chair were also worn and dirty. There was a lot of garbage from previous guests in the grass around our doorstep. The staff never cleaned it up so we did after a couple days. The shower and sink weren’t included in the photos and were very small and old. The bathroom was not very functional. While the cottage was acceptable to us, we expected a lot more for the very premium price. It was double the price we paid previous summers for different cottages that were in better condition.

A good stay, overall. The place is pretty run down - if you’re down for a cabin experience, though, then it will be fine. Great spot for the kids to run around with other kids at the park or pool. Great places around it for the family too - beach, amusement park things, restaurants.

We loved the location. Within minutes to Sandspit, other hangouts, grocery store, Cavendish Beach, Cows ice cream, etc. We enjoyed the pool and playground. Pool has late inconsistent morning opening. Playground is outdated, and needs some repair. Rust and missing monkey bar, but our kids didn't notice and loved it all. We appreciated the ease to get more towels and toilet paper. Each day, they collect our garbage, so appreciated! Washroom and appliances need upgrades. Our TV was an old box tv and our firestick obviously couldn't work with it. Kitchen had all necessary amenities. Front desk person was there every time we visited, and helpful. We booked on Expedia, and the price was higher than elsewhere, which was disappointing. We would return, but book directly with the property for a more reasonable price. Hope to return again! We loved this area!

We arrived to be told the property was not ready for us even though it was two hours past the check in time advertised. We were told it would be another hour. It ended up being a lot longer with not even an apology. Just an excuse as to why the room wasn't ready. The excuse . . . they were busy. Once we finally took possession, the place was not even cleaned properly. In fact, there were shards of broken glass on the dirty disgusting couch. The window locks we not effective and we did not feel safe staying there. For the price we paid, we are horribly unsatisfied and will never stay here again, and we will recommend no one else stays here either. What an awful experience.

Great value and centrally located. I essentially rented a small cottage for the price of a hotel room. My cottage was a bit dated but clean and fully operational. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was clean, cozy, and smelled fresh from the moment we walked in until the day we left. The location was excellent. Our cottage had a beautiful view for both sunrise and sunset every day, and it was just minutes from Avonlea Village, Green Gables Heritage Place, the tourist market, and the Boardwalk area, making it very convenient for exploring. We appreciated being able to check in two hours early. The only drawback was the checkout policy. Checkout is at 10:00 a.m., and when our flight was delayed by four hours, we weren’t able to extend our stay for just a few extra hours. It would have been nice if there were a little more flexibility in situations like that. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Clean cabins, older but comfortable. Good location, short drive to beach and adjacent to Green Gables Heritage site. Nice heated outdoor pool. Only one issue was with our check in. We booked two cabins and one was ready when we arrived just after 3:30 but despite saying the other would be ready soon it wasn’t ready until 4 hours later.

We were 3 people with a 8 year old. Bedding was enough to accommodate us. Property was super clean with all the necessary things. As an Indian family, there was enough utensils to prepare Indian food. Was first hesitate to book this cottage reading Google reviews but, I think this property was exactly what it was listed. It's not super luxurious so if you want luxurious stay than go ahead. It's perfect for normal people with normal necessities.

Oh my days - this was the most perfect cottage stay I have ever had. The cottage was so neat, just a perfect setting, furnishing, convenient relaxing and private space. I want a place like this for my back yard.... Talk about just having a setting to remove you from all around and the things of life. It was a business trip and so didnt get to stay very long at all. Did have the family and all five of us were just over the moon with the place. Very good. Super nice and very very glad we found it.

The cottage was very basic. We originally booked a cottage that said it fit up to six but when we arrived, it was literally just one very small room with a full size bed and a pull out couch and there was no way our family of five (with three kids, one of them 2) was going to fit comfortably in there. They were able to move us to a slightly bigger cottage with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two full size beds but they charged us several hundred dollars more for the switch. They heavily advertised a heated pool but it wasn’t open/heated until the last day of our stay, which was very disappointing for the kids. There were also ants in the cottage and the towel exchange often opened late. On the plus side, the property was very conveniently located in Cavendish, the beds and linens were comfy, and the TV and kitchen worked well enough. There were also bunnies hopping around in the mornings and evenings outside, which was cute. All in all, I was not very impressed and especially didn’t like the upcharge to actually fit our whole family in a cottage as there was no way our family could fit into the first one.
