Multiple broken things in the room. Dirty. It smelled. We had to clean the room ourselves or be charged. 30 minute or more wait for the elevator. Beds are like sleeping on boards. One bed was broken. The other had bugs. The bed pillows were couch pillows, very uncomfortable. Toilet handle broken, bathtub wouldnt drain. AC did not work. Vice president wanted to refund me. Hotels refused my refund.

Fantastic place! Food was very good at their restaurant. Room was clean. The elevators were a pain but there’s 32 floors so they take a while. The carpet on our floor was filthy but that was the only negative thing about the place. Staff was incredibly friendly. The view off our room was beautiful. The area is pretty safe for AC. I can’t wait to go back.

I was disappointed with my stay because the accommodations did not match what was advertised on the website. The photos appear to show newer, updated units, but the room I received was older and in need of updating. It felt misleading based on what I saw when I made the reservation. I also specifically requested a room with two beds, but upon arrival I was given a room with only one bed, which created an inconvenience. In addition, the deck was advertised as an amenity, yet there was no outdoor furniture provided, making the space unusable. I understand that photos may represent different room types, but the significant difference between the advertised images and the actual unit was disappointing. I hope the property updates its website to accurately reflect the accommodations guests are likely to receive and does a better job honoring room requests or communicating when they cannot be fulfilled.

The room was definitely dated. We book a king suit and the bed was not a king. The outlets need replaced as my charger kept falling out of them. Both TVs were also dated. The workout room looks nothing like pictures and has minimal machines and mismatched weights. Positives: The restaurant is nice for breakfast and the staff were helpful during our weeklong stay. The shuttle service made getting around convenient but definitely check what days things are open and running when planning your stay. There is easy access to the quiet end of the boardwalk. The parking garage was clean and felt very safe even late at night.

Great hotel!!!! Clean, beautiful, convenient amenities like the stores. The only down side was the elevators. Horrible design that cause gridlock a lot of the time during busy hours. If they change the elevator system, I'd recommend anyone to stay here. Great stay and experience!

I stay here at least 4 times a year. Very clean, customer service accommodating to customers needs. I bring my granddaughter. Indoor pool and hot tub very clean Kelsey and Kim’s restaurant and bar have exceptional soul food. Staff very friendly. They offer fun zone for kids Right now. They gave us a free pass for Island water park at Showboat. I love the Flagship Open balcony is my favorite.

The view was spectacular. However, the room needs updating. Old furniture; lights not working; phone didn’t work; floor stained; wallpaper peeling; couldn’t turn off leaking water in tub; entrance door not sturdy/secure.

Receptionists are rolling eyes on you while talking, if you dare to ask a question they will roll more lol. Very unprofessional staff!! Second thing is pillows. I never had a small pillow look like sofa cushions. My neck was hurting in the morning. There was a construction outside, couldn’t rest much. Elevator take forever. Either then that room was clean and view was nice. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone…

It's not worth the price. I have gotten a studio deluxe room which can accommodate up to 6 people (2 full size beds, queen size sleeper sofa). I had to call repeatedly for bed linens, towels, and paper towel. They weren't in the room once we settled in. Also there was a very bad odor from the air conditioner vent that made the air in the room quite uncomfortable to sleep and breathing caused intense coughing. The lights in the entire studio suite was definitely dimmer than usual. The staff were pleasant and courteous. The laundry machines were ok for the most part I assumed it would have been upgraded to the other washing machines in Atlantic Palace their sister hotel but it served it's purpose. I didn't get the chance to eat there since we took in most of the days beautiful weather outside on the boardwalk and beach. I wish I got to enjoy the pool, gym, arcade that they provided in the resort fees. The kitchen was great for basic necessities and light cooking which we finally got to do this time. The iron had mineral deposits which stained my first short but thanks to my shout wipes it was salvageable. They are still a work in progress to upgrade their rooms floor by floor but if the price was lower I would say what you pay is what you get but it wasn't worth the price.

Check in was an easy process. Once parked in the parking garage came in to the elevators which before getting on the elevator you have to put in your floor number and it takes you straight there it's a different setup not like your normal elevators which is weird I've never seen anything like that before, so if you put in the wrong floor you will be taken to the wrong floor and then you have to get out press the correct floor then wait for another elevator to take you to the floor you need to go. The room was very dated as well as the bathroom, it needs a good overhaul of the furniture and the bathroom. They grab handlebars in the bathroom was rusted broke, and the toilet kept running all day. The on-site restaurant, Kelsey and Kim's, is only open on certain days and certain hours and I went there one day they was open when I walked in there was no one to greet me I stood there waiting for approximately 10 minutes before someone walked out from the back and it appeared the gentleman was the only one working in the restaurant since he seated us took our orders and brought our food out. When checking out you have to do certain things in the room in order to check out with an additional charge such as removing the sheets from the bed taking the trash out. During stay you're only allowed limited supplies giving you complimentary toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, Etc. None of these things are listed in the description when booking. needs upgrade!
