This was our first time in Cale Cod and we are very happy with the experience. The property location is excellent - right on the (private) beach, seconds away from our room. The hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. Every question or request was addressed promptly. Check in was smooth and our room was available before 4 PM which allowed us to fully take advantage of the first day. We left Cape Cod feeling grateful for the experience and will definitely be back. If dates align, we will be back in the same hotel.

Amazing location that is much quieter than Chatham. Lots of streets to walk down to enjoy the flower and architecture.

The property and amenities were fantastic. The location is amazing. The beach and pool were only steps away from our room. The staff was all so kind and helpful. They let us check in early and even let my two children pick a small prize from a treasure box. Our only complaint was that our particular room was a little run down. The room was very clean, just some peeling paint, scratches, dents etc. I did bring this up to the desk manager as we would love to stay again and she did say that not all rooms are this way. That being said we would definitely stay again just for the property and location itself.

The property is great location right on a nice beach with great pool. The 2 room suite was good size for my small family. Very kid friendly. The only thing that wasn’t great was they only allow one car on site even for a 2br suite so that wasn’t ideal.

A decent stay for couple of nights. Our one bedroom suite had quite a lot of space but most of that was upstairs and not very convenient to use. Downstairs space was quite minimum. There was a kitchen but no kitchen table to dine on. Upstairs space should have at least a mirror and a garbage bin.

Great room. We booked a two bedroom and it was perfect for our family of 4. Very central location to spots we were going to on Cape Cod. The pool and outdoor volleyball were great for the kids while the adults hung out on the beach or the fire pit. We had a great time!

A very nice clean property I did not understand that it was a townhouse bonus!! Some negative things the AC it only got to 78° with it full on that was our bad we never called to tell them instead we shut it off and opened up Windows and Doors. Speaking of doors they need a shade on the door that is glass that goes out to the balcony. The staff was excellent, the pools (inside and out ) were wonderfully warm and clean. The beach was nice. The hot tub was being worked on . Would I stay there again? yes.

Absolutely amazing views and amenities! Going back again without a doubt. We had a queen room suite ocean view and it was amazing. Separate bedroom with normal door to close, jet tub with large shower head and kitchen with full size fridge enclosed balcony with sliding door off living room, electric fireplace and heater and big screen tv in both bedroom and living room. Gorgeous view and patio set on balcony. Worth every penny and went in early June of 2026. This was a total of about 515 dollars for the weekend of Friday check in and Sunday check out. The couch in living room is also a three seater couch and pull out sofa for sleeping other guests. When we return we will be bringing our children as there is also a fire pit they have on every night near the outdoor pool, there is an indoor heated pool and hot tub and the walk to the private beach (Nantucket Sound) is just steps away and already has chairs set up for their guested to lounge. It is more high end resort than hotel. Loved it and look forward to returning asap!

The room was perfect for our family of five, loved the view from the windows. The beach was beautiful and the pools were perfect for us and the kids. Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful couple of days of family fun and relaxation. Olivia was super accommodating at check in, and even checked in on us a couple of times throughout our stay via text message to see if there was anything we needed. What a nice touch. Plenty to do in and around Dennis and just about an hour ride out to Provincetown with many interesting towns along the way. Will definitely plan a return stay.

The property was beautiful and the room was very big (2 bedroom). It didn’t really show how big it was on the pictures. The problem was the sound above. We were on the first floor and the family above had kids also and the toddler ran all over all day and you heard every footstep. It wasn’t like they were trying but they were up late walking around and our kids were so scared of the noise and couldn’t sleep. The front desk basically told us it was just like that. They said the other rooms were full but there were empty rooms all around us. Other than that the property was nice, right on the beach and had everything you’d need for a great vacation. Just be aware if you are on the first floor of the noise above.

Hotel was nice, staff tired their best to help. One night into the stay we had a bad leak in the bathroom right over the toliet and let them know immediately, they said someone would come look at it and no one did. We made do, then one of the “workers” tried coming into our room unannounced and was only stopped because we had the latch, no knock and not even sure if it was a worker. We felt unsafe without the confirmation and if it was a worker why not accounted yourself before barging in? After the leak and the barge in the staff offered to move us rooms but it was a downgrade with no view and no stove top, so it was a lose lose. Other than that the stay was fine, wish more could’ve been done. After we called and were very polite it felt very awkward walking through the lobby and passing the staff as it seemed they were annoyed of us.

The one bedroom apt had plenty of space for the two of us. We had a view out the side window of the ocean and parking was easy. We appreciated having the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful place with great views. Property was located on a private beach with an outdoor and indoor pool and hot tub. Also there was a fire pit which was great to sit by at the end of our day. The staff was wonderful very helpful, particularly Yolanda and Eve who truly made our stay great. Would definerly go back again.
