This one is like stepping back into the 80s. Old worn out carpet, room smells, the elevator is worse than a service elevator. The room insulation is poor. I was on the 6th floor and heard everything on the road below and from the adjacent room. The breakfast was so bad, I cant even begin. Never staying there again.

This hotel is a disaster ! It was a false advertisement on how the hotel really looks . The room was very very outdated and the air conditioner did not work in the bedroom . The smell was overbearing with roach spray ….. We went up to the room and attempted to stay but we were unable to make it work . The front desk said they had another room but my wife said absolutely not ! The receptionist said he was going to cancel the reservation and not to worry that the charges were going to be removed !! Now I am having to do the leg work because they lied to me and are still attempting to charge me for a room I never used . My credit card has an investigation in the works also . Beware of this hotel and what they are about !!!!!

I was told if I didnt let the host have a paper copy of my credit card then i would not be able to get a room . Be careful. I Didnt let it happen. Had to say I was going to call the cops if they kept the copy. Staff called manager, they okayed me to only give them a copy of my id instead.

I have had the experience of staying in numerous hotels previously, but unfortunately, the Stamford Suite fell short of expectations, particularly given its location in a city with a high cost of living. My disappointment was palpable. In contrast to the superior accommodations I encountered in some Third World countries, the Stamford Suite left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the front desk personnel failed to greet me, and when I expressed gratitude for the key, I wasn't acknowledged. Further inspection of the room revealed a dirty carpet with tears and a broken closet door. The environment triggered severe sneezing fits, which I later attributed to the dust accumulation on the windows and the unhygienic conditions under the kitchen sink, where I spotted mouse traps. When I attempted to check out, the onsite manager informed me that I wouldn't be able to do so without penalty. I explained my allergies to dust and dirty carpet, but was told I'd forfeit my payment. It was only when I threatened to share photographic evidence of the mouse traps that the manager became dismissive, questioning my reasons for exploring the area under the sink. I strongly advise against staying here

First Im trying to check in they go and scan print my id and credit card in a paper copy . When I said I didnt want a copy of my id and credit sitting around and some folder. They denied me entry until I threaten to call the police since I said I think this is illegal. They ended up with a pic of my license. Very un happy horrible

Expedia has this property listed as 4 stars. In my opinion and based on the condition of my room and the property this is in correct. The previous owners of this property left it in disarray. The pictures you see on the web site is misleading and old. Their marketing of the property is a totally misrepresented. Breakfast was continental. Just a few items to get you started for your day.

The first room we stayed in the A/C was broken. We moved to a second room which had no kitchen (under construction) as promised and the toilet clogged during the night. We were given a a plunger and instructed to clear the clogged toilet ourselves. No Happy

It was an okay experience. Lights didn’t work in our room. Oddly proportioned rooms. Musty smell was a little off putting. Couldn’t get the TV to work, appeared to be no basic television and needed to use your own streaming service. It wasn’t as satisfactory as I would have expected for the price we paid but I felt safe and it wasn’t a bed to sleep in that was clean.
