The check in process…. First, I consider myself to be good with technology and following directions. From the time we parked in temporary parking to the time we made it to the room with our bags was 45 minutes. Also, $100 in fees for the night was pretty high considering we also had to pay to park.

The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. I was however very disappointed in the fact that I specifically reserved a room with a balcony and the room I got did not have one. I was very disappointed in that because I spent a lot of money for that room just for that. Other than that it was very cleane and quiet.

Was a little awkward getting into the parking garage. Very tight spaces and we had to get out of the car to scan our pass to get the door to open. But that was not big deal, our stay was wonderful. Would definitely visit a Kasa property again

Pros - location, apartment size and furnishings, and pool are all great. Cons - it seems like the property is kind of in disrepair/under-managed in several ways. Neither our coffee maker nor toaster worked - they did send someone to replace them within an hour. Bigger issues - the AC stopped working some time during the day before checkout. When we got home that night it was 80 in the apt. We followed Kasa's instructions to ensure the thermostat was set correctly, but it was still 80 when we woke up in the AM. Tough sleeping. On our first full day, we were on work calls in the apt when a guy opened our apt door to tell us they'd be cleaning the dryer vents in 10-15 mins. They did and it was very loud. Tough lack of communication/heads up. You should know when that kind of maintenace will take place and let people know a couple days ahead of time.

We thought it was great for a few friends travelling together. Better than getting 2 separate hotel rooms because there was a common space to hang, get ready, have drinks etc. the kitchen was nice because we bought breakfast food and snacks at the Whole Foods nearby which saved us some money. Had TONS of storage. Fully unpacked our suitcases and felt totally at home. No clutter in the main spaces. Each bedroom has its own ensuite. There was even a den that a blowup mattress could easily fit in, and, the couch was a pullout. If you wanted to, you could sleep 7 or 8 people. But we were very happy with 4 adults in there :)

We stayed at Kasa Union Station for three weeks and overall had a very good experience. Check-in was easy, the property was beautiful, and the location was excellent. The neighborhood felt very safe, there is a beautiful park across the street, and we could walk to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Maintenance was also very responsive and fixed a clogged drain the same day. We booked a studio and were upgraded to a one-bedroom, which was convenient for a longer stay, although the unit faced an alley and was very dark. The biggest issue was that the apartment was not well stocked for an extended stay. There were no drawers for clothing, only about eight hangers, and very limited kitchen supplies. We had only three forks, three spoons, and three mugs. Several pans were in poor condition, including one with a loose handle and others with the nonstick coating coming off, so I purchased my own frying pan. This was especially frustrating after seeing that a friend’s unit was much better stocked. Garage parking was also very expensive, although there did not seem to be another realistic overnight option. The swipe-access system could be inconvenient, particularly when entering the garage. Communication through the chatbot was sometimes confusing as well. Overall, this was a great stay in an excellent Denver location. It was expensive, but Denver is expensive in general, and I still believe this was one of the better options available for the price.

The communication from Kasa was pathetic. Their AI acted concerned but they were not. It was so bad on the precheck I tried to get a refund of my prepayment. I would of happily rebooked at a higher cost. The experience proved even worse. I will never use Kasa or Expedia again. Expedia should have taken responsibility when I asked for a refund. They did not. The most frustrating lack of customer setvice I have ever encountered. This is only the 2nd bad review I have ever written. I think that says something.

Excellent property, I've never stayed in such a perfect location within a major city until here! Many restaurants, bars, and a grocery store nearby. Rental scooters and public transportation including light rail just a block away. The parking cost was totally worth having a parking space in the underground garage. The room was clean and had anything you could possibly need to utilize the kitchen. The 2nd floor pool area was great with nice lounging areas. I will certainly use this property again on our next trip.
