Staff were helpful and rooms were clean, Hotel location is excellent and surround by restaurants and with the metro across the road. however hotel room was very outdated and could do with a renovation, air conditioning was inadequate and would not cool the room below 25c which made nights uncomfortable.

The property is located across from the train line and was not well maintained. There are no views of the Eiffel Tower as advertised. We could hear the train throughout the night, and the vibrations made it difficult to sleep. The room decor did not match the photos shown on Expedia; it was outdated with dark burgundy tones. We requested a room change and were moved to a slightly more modern room, which was better but still not ideal. The shower lights turned off a few times, likely as part of an energy-saving system. Front desk staff were not very welcoming or accommodating and did not consistently greet guests. In both rooms, we noticed cleanliness issues, including hair on the sheets and in the bathtub. Since we had already changed rooms, we cleaned the surfaces ourselves with Clorox wipes. There were also no sponges provided for washing dishes, and no ice available for drinks. The area outside the hotel did not feel very comfortable, with homeless individuals nearby and a busy McDonald’s right next door. The property is also farther from the Eiffel Tower than expected about a 15-minute walk, with no real view as advertised. I even noticed two roaches near the coffee machine on the first floor. The garden area was also poorly maintained. Overall, the lobby is very small and the experience did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again. Fortunately, we spent most of our time outside exploring and only returned to the room to shower and sleep.

During our stay, the hotel experienced ongoing issues with the A/C system, which unfortunately made the night quite uncomfortable due to the heat. Considering the rate we paid for our stay, we had hoped for a more timely and effective resolution to the A/C system issue. While we understand that unexpected technical problems can arise, the lack of a satisfactory temporary solution and the delay in resolving the problem had a noticeable impact on our comfort and overall experience.

The hotel was unable to keep the central air conditioning system operational throughout our stay, making the nights extremely uncomfortable due to the heat. In situations like this, it would be advisable for the rooms to be equipped with a portable fan as a contingency measure to help minimize guest discomfort in the event of a central air conditioning system failure. Considering the price we paid for our stay, we expected more effective management in resolving the central air conditioning system failure. Unfortunately, the issue was neither addressed properly nor resolved in a timely manner, significantly compromising our comfort throughout the stay.

The location was great, the room with the view was amazing. Unfortunately we were there when they had that week of 100 degree weather and there was no A/C in the room, which made it extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, it was great.

Clean room with kitchen. Spacious. Complimentary coffee, water & milk. Could safely store bags when we arrived 6 hours before 3pm check-in. Lovely view of Eiffel Tower. Very convenient to restaurants, supermarket, bakery, short walk to Eiffel Tower. Adjacent to metro - however if noise bothers you please note the property is immediately adjacent to the train which runs every few minutes until late night - and also the metro causes the building to shake frequently.

Great hotel, nice secure facility in a wonderful location surrounded by all of the dining and shopping you could want plus easy metro access. As other reviews have said, there is a lot of activity around the hotel. You can hear the train (and the train tracks were around the same height and easily visible from my window so I'm guessing I was hearing it as good as anybody) but you adjust to it very quickly and it really isn't disruptive. Absolutely would stay here again.

The hotel is very sterile. I was upgraded to a suite but the rooms were awkwardly shaped. There were no rugs or carpet on the floor and the furniture was very minimal and somewhat tacky looking. The street is rather commercial and lacks charm. I regret staying here given all the cozy choices elsewhere in Paris.

El personal fue bastante agradable durante toda la estancia. En el baño de la habitación había muchísimas moscas. Hice una solicitud bastantes días antes de nuestras llegada para que hubiera unas flores en la habitación pero a nuestra llegada no habían satisfecho la solicitud. Estuvimos 4 días y no limpiaron la habitación, cambiaron toallas o sábanas. La única vez que entraron en la habitación fue para dejar un papel.
