The room was big, hotel and room were clean. The hotel restaurant is expensive, but staff are very polite, very helpful and super kind. Room cleaners were very good, I left tips on the table and they never took it, I wonder if it's a hotel policy. Breakfast was one of a kind. I encourage people to prepay your breakfast with the room, at the hotel price per person was 20€.

The room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The whole hotel was comfortable, clean and safe. What made my stay very special was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to help guests feel comfortable and they were helpful beyond comparison. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a nice hotell. But i asked for kitchen equiptment, and when I arrived I hadnt got it. I asked twize, and didnt get it before I returned to the hotel next day. We were 3 people and all I got was 2 of plates, glass, fork, knive and spoon. Before the kitchen had a tiny fryingpan and 2 small cockingpans. No equipment to make food. This was bad service when they advertised a kitchen. And one night 4:30 AM the alarm went of because an error.

Kitchenette avec plaque de cuisson et micro-ondes (seul chose sur demande), pas de vaisselle ni de batterie de cuisine, pas d'éponge ni produit vaisselle, pas de bouilloire. Aucune table pour manger, 2 chaises pour 4. Un grand espace comblé de vide... Seulement 3 bouteilles et 2 verres pour 4 personnes. Arrivée à partir de 15h, sommes arrivés à 16h30, chambre n'était pas prête! Problème avec l'électricité : pour pouvoir allumer la lampe de chevet pendant la nuit, il faut laisser la lumière de l'entrée, donc dormir lumière allumée. Accès à la piscine (petite) payant et très cher. 2 jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un whatsapp nous offrant le parking couvert, mais apparemment, il ne s'agirait pas de leur numéro de téléphone (bizarre quand le collègue auprès duquel l'hôtesse s'est renseigné n'a pas même pas regardé le message sur mon téléphone) Road trip de 2 mamans avec leurs 2 ados, tout se passait bien jusqu'à présent, grosse déception sur notre parcours... La présentation de l'hôtel et du studio vendent du rêve... Seul point positif : l'accueil à la réception par une demoiselle très agréable et polyglotte.

The staff and breakfast were great! The beddings were organised every day. Once you know and understand the public transports, it's quite a convenient location. Thought we had free use of the swimming pool but had to pay 12 euros per-person per-day to use.

Der Service war hervorragend. Der Front Desk macht alles dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt und reibungslos abläuft. FItnessbereich ist gut, unklar war wie man die Sauna nutzen kann. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Einzig die Platzierung in einen bestimmten Raum ist nicht ganz nachvollziehbar, wenn in anderen fast alles leer ist. Sauberkeit war ok, nur das Duschgel wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Aber alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit ein paar wenigen Details, die nicht gut funktioniert haben.

As televisões dos quartos não funcionavam. Nesta copa, os jogos em Portugal eram muito tarde ou na madrugada e foi horrível ter que ver os jogos no hall do hotel.

We chose this hotel in Gaia, thinking it would be a more affordable alternative to staying in Porto, but it ended up costing us more in transportation and inconvenience. We arrived at 11 a.m. but were unable to check in until nearly 3 p.m. The hotel said it was fully booked and could not accommodate an early check-in, which was surprising since they had emailed us days earlier offering early check-in for an additional fee. The bar was unattended when we arrived despite being listed as open, and the front desk staff was not particularly welcoming or accommodating. The only good thing was the restaurant in the lobby. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants, shops, or attractions within walking distance. We had to take an Uber for every outing, so any savings on the room were quickly lost. The rooms were dated and fell short of expectations. An iron and an ironing board were not provided and had to be requested. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The bathtub was extremely high to step into, very narrow, and had no safety bars. It felt unsafe, and I was concerned about slipping. After speaking with the front desk, we were eventually moved to a room with a walk-in shower. If your goal is to visit Porto, I recommend staying in the city center. The inconvenience of this location and the extra transportation costs made this hotel a poor value for us.

The hotel was located in a nice suburban area close to public transportation. The hotel lobby, reception area, and restaurant were very nice. The customer service was excellent. The apartment style room was clean and large. The room had a microwave, cook top, fridge, toaster and kettle. The reason for the 3* rating is that the apartment had no utensils, no pots, no dish towels, no kitchen garbage can, broom, etc. It was not setup for apartment style stay. I called front desk and they did respond by providing only pots, two sets of plates and cutlery. Nothing else. We had no coffee cups, no bowels, no spatula, etc . I had to go to the bar to have a bottle of wine opened. I believe this property is not properly setup for apartment style rooms. Based upon my experience I would only recommend this hotel for a hotel room but not an apartment style stay.
