The apartment was very well equipped. Close to public transport and dining options. However, the apartments should be serviced once in a five nights stay.

This was my 4th stay at PS. It's a great property and the access to the Trainmore next door is ideal. It's close to every service you might need as well as the tram line out front and Zuid a short walk away. The staff is always helpful and quick to respond. The only issue is the air-conditioning. It's basically non-existent no matter which room you are in. The coldest the room ever gets is 22 C (72 degrees). It's difficult to sleep at that temp. If they could fix the aircon, this property would be perfect.

Clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The transportation was excellent, with a tram stop right outside the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in the XL Loft apartment for more than 10 nights for the second year in a row. Same good feeling. Spacious and quiet room with a good view, a working kitchen with an oven and a dishwashing machine, a sizeable bed with comfortable mattress and pillow cases, and convenient public transport location with a tram stop to city centre right in front of the main entrance and a metro and train station (just one station away from Schiphol airport) within a few minutes' walking distance. The only areas for improvement are - check-in may take quite a while if there is a queue, and you have to bring the used towels to the concierge to exchange for new ones (and also to get replacement garbage bags and tablets for washer etc )

We (me and my wife) recently stayed at this hotel for over 2 weeks. The location is good. Also, the room is functional enough. That's positive side. However, we are not satisfied with the quality of the service through our experience. First, right after we checked in (Friday) and unpacked luggage, we found out that the room's laundry machine didn't work properly with error message. We called the front desk, an Asian female staff with an eye-glass that day. She came to the room, checked the machine very quickly and said that the machine was not working and they already ordered a repair service, but it would take some days. This means that they didn't communicate this problem at the timing of check-in though they had already recognized it. We requested changing the room. Then, that staff told that the changing the room was not possible because all the rooms were booked, but as a solution, she told that we could do a laundry at some other room when it's possible. We refused it as we didn't want to have such inconvenience during our stay. Finally, we reported this to expedia and they called the hotel. Soon, another staff called us saying that changing the room was possible. So, we changed the room. After this, we didn't make any additional claim. However, very disappointingly, every time we passed the that front desk, the first female staff kept showing us expressionless face and a gloomy voice which I felt quite intentional, at least, very not customer-unfriendly.

Great location, close to metro and trams. Apartment was large and clothes washer was a definite plus.

Nice location, very close to train station & grocery store . Spacious apartment .Nice to have Coffee, Cappuccino etc in Lobby. Washer & Dryer unit helpful. I’m told it’s no more Plus, even though name has plus . Probably charged for Plus. TV didn’t work. Every time we used toaster , light went out. We didn’t realize what was the problem initially. Then contacted front desk , they removed toaster. Didn’t replace. That was inconvenient . Kitchen vent didn’t work . Shower water pooling on to the floor outside of shower. Staff was generally good & pleasant. Replacing dirty cups & clean the coffee area wasn’t always done in a timely fashion.

Convenient location for train, tram, and business district. Limited amenities as this seems like a longer stay lodging facility. But it does have a kitchenette, washer and dryer for laundry. Make sure they don't give you the an accessible room unless you ask for it. I didn't like the shower.

We booked a one-bedroom apartment during our stay. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we need. The lobby is beautiful and spotless clean. The view from the room is also very nice, allowing us to see quite a distance. The location is also very good for transportation to the center or to other cities. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. One drawback for us is there is no door to the bedroom. I have to do late night calls to the US while my husband is asleep, which affected his sleep. This will not be an issue for others. Also, the “air conditioning”will not go below 21 degrees Celsius. (We were there on some of the unusually hot days.) We were told the system is not air conditioning, rather some sort of climate control system. Anyway, we were comfortable on most nights but felt hot while sleeping on a few nights. Overall. we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Erinomainen sijainti keikkamatkalle, ystävällinen palvelu, huone vastasi täysin odotuksia. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä saadut skumpat ja suklaat ilahduttivat. Pientä säätöä avainkorttien toiminnan kanssa, mutta vastaanotosta tuli nopea ja yatävällinen apu. Voisin tulla uudestaan.

Checkin was OK, nothing excellent. When I got to the room the WIFI didn't work and I needed to several meetings. When I spoke with the reception they would reset the network, but after 40 minutes and two missed meetings I gave up and asked to switch room. They said I couldn't becaus ethey didn't have any rooms. Then they had a room, but if I had used the room I inititaly got, then it wasn't possible. I had not used the bed, bathroom or kitchen, so I finally argued my way into a new room. The room was supposedly the same, but it was smaller. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty, with a dirty toilet, surfaces hadn't been cleaned, I wiped away stains from the mirror, wipes box, and walls. (Took video and pictures of this) TV in the bedroom section didn't work and didn't get any help from the reception. All in all, the price I paid was way to high compared to the quality
