The rooms smelled like mildew and cigarettes I had to vent the room out by opening all doors and windows and turning on all fans. It still didn't help. The Floor was disgusting. The bed was not inviting. It did not look sanitary. The couches were full of stains and not inviting. The overall condition was very very poor. Too expensive for the tremendous underwhelmingly sad condition of the place. The surrounding area was dirty. It looked like many people were living there and care for the units have been kept at a BARE MINIMUM . NEVER AGAIN

The hotel is more like 2 star. It’s very out dated, old apartment complex feel. The carpet is old and sticky. The bath tub’s water was keep dripping all day and night. I’ll never stay again.

Booked 5 nights stayed one night. One night moved us 3 times. Went out come back , hotel gave our room to someone else,hotel people move our personal stuff themselves and put it in the lobby. The last room we had some light bulbs were missing. No lock on patio door. Rug us sticky(dirty). Walk way to rooms no lights (used cell phone light). Huge barrels of trash next to the rooms. All rooms have kitchen but not one single dish or silverware or anything. Sadly looks more like a homeless shelter than hotel.

This hotel was beautiful in the pictures on Hotels.com. However, it was very ran down and in need of deep cleaning. The carpets we creamy. We took the blankets off the bed to make a path to the bathroom so we didn't have to touch the floors. The beds were very old and uncomfortable, but the sheets were nice. The chairs in the room were filthy and very nasty. The guy at the desk was kind. The problems were beyond his control. Housekeeping was also kind. They did the best with what they had. The owners of this property should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. With that said. The views we nice. It was quite. And the little kitchen was helpful.

The room wasn’t ready at check-in time I had to wait another hour. Once finally in the room it smelled like mold. The closet was broken. It was severely rundown. My daughter got bitten inside the room overall disgusted, and left right away.

We were gone all day, and only slept and showered there. Its quite dated, but in good condition. The only complaint would be the front desk never being answered. Pretty much have to walk down to the lobby. Once you're there though, the staff is very helpful :)

Our room was not ready at 4pm, despite check in being 3pm. We were told they did not have, and could not accommodate, two queen beds as I had booked, and although the woman at the desk did check for a king bed, my daughter and I had to share one queen bed. The room was filthy and the furniture was disgusting, cracking and peeling. There was a very foul odor the entire stay. We did not use or go to see the pool area, but I did see folks out there. It is a nice location but that's it.

Staff were nice. Location was awesome. Near the beach, shops and restaurants. Room is very rundown. Furniture is very old, there was leak from kitchen sink, tv remote was missing, toilet seat won’t stay up, closet doors were all off rails, electric stove didn’t work, carpet pretty dirty. At night you can hear a lot of yelling, loud music, and foot steps. The location really made up for the terrible room.

The place was very outdated, but it was clean. I think that it was clear and a lot of the reviews that you shouldn’t expect much. So maybe that’s why for us. It was OK. The staff was friendly. The view is so pretty from our room. We had a balcony on the bottom floor, and you can see the ducks swimming in the water (to be clear, not the pool that some previous reviewer was claiming). The pool was clean, but cold. If you plan to use the kitchen – the kitchen, where is something like a cutthroat kitchen. We would have to travel with your own cleaner, dish, soap, etc. It was an affordable stay. The breakfast was not what I would even consider cotton until. There was toast, and a few prepackaged pastries cereal was not a kid, friendly cereal. There was a juice that was more like “Tang”. Again, not a five star hotel, but friendly, and as clean as something outdated could be. Super important to note there are only two prong outlets in the room with exception of the kitchen. So if you plan to stay there, bring adapter for your laptop.

Did not feel safe. The family of 8 living on grounds kept me up all night yelling until they all went to bed at 3 am. Why are there families living there again? I baracaded the door with furniture. Yikes. I would NEVER take my family here under any circumstances as I’d fear for their safety - and this is coming from someone that’s been to prison. The cells in prison are cleaner than this place. The orange velvet couches and faded paint remind me of old photo albums that are dusty and faded Polaroids. The creeks from the flooring could wake the entire neighborhood. As the kids say, this place was ‘sketchy’. The management is horrible and to think I was going to host a company meeting here with hotel bookings would have gotten me fired. This taught me to never rely on just the photos to make the decision. I should have just slept in my car.

Hôtel qui a du être très bien mais qui se dégrade et qui n’est pas entretenu : la moquette des escaliers est très sale, la piscine est sale avec des canards qui y barbotent, le mobilier autour de la piscine est cassé, dans les chambres les meubles sont dépareillées, des chaises en mauvais état et le drap d’un des deux lit avait une grosse tache … et chose curieuse, nous sommes restés deux nuits dans une chambre à deux lits et seulement un des deux lits a été refait (?) Le personnel est sympa. Le petit déjeuner est très simple, correct.

We booked the hotel partly for the pool as I am travelling with two young children who loves the water. At no point were there any mention that the pool was closed, so we figured it out the hard way. Also, the carpet in the room were filthy. We tried to keep the kitchen and bathroom area a clean zone and then wear shoes whenever walking on the carpet. Apart from the above mentioned it was alright. Quiet and felt safe.

The place is older but with your own personal balcony over the water the view was beautiful. What was not okay was that they advertised having a gym and did not and when the tv didn’t work they wouldn’t switch it out, they said we could switch rooms but it was past 9:30 and we were otherwise settled in for the night and the pool was not open. Breakfast was very basic.

Pretty good place, there were some loud people there when I went but its a 30 second walk from the beach and the people couldn't be heard inside the room. Everything was clean, staff was nice, easy parking. The furniture inside the room looks like it's vintage but it functions. The back patio has a nice visual of a pond or inlet or something. Would definitely stay here again.
