Property #182 doesn't have parking, and this is a major setback. As for the room itself, it meets the basics, although it has a strong musty smell.

The property is perfect if you want to stay at home away from home stay. The hotel is close to every thing and beach is minutes away.

If you’re looking for top notch quality, you won’t find it there. Check-in desk customer service was very poor and wanted to charge for everything. They will charge you a service fee of $120 and won’t even show up to the room to do room service that’s already paid for. The beds were only cleaned ONCE throughout our stay and it’s only upon request that’s 24hrs in advance which we were not aware of at the time of check in. The trash were left same FULL throughout our stay. Towels were only changed upon request or left on the floor, another thing that wasn’t mentioned during check-in. Will never go back to that property again. Property is old and outdated. Room service was the WORST. The only good thing about the property was the access to the beach, THAT’S IT.

The room was comfortable, location was good, people friendly!" Now, parking was terrible! There was. O elevator from the subterranean parking! I carried my luggage in that very hot parking! The hallway in the 3rd. floor smelled like mold! Not a pleasant smell! Need to correct those details!

Our flight was delayed so we got in late that’s not on them but when we asked if we could stay two hours after checkout they said no or we would have to pay $75 smh the bathroom door didn’t lock or stay closed the pool was out of order the internet was spotty. On the plus side the beach was beautiful some staff members were amazing some not so much it depends on who helped you out.

The property is divided by ownership, time share, and hotel booking. It is conveniently located in front of the beach. The people and the staff were wonderful. Good restaurants at walking distance. The parking was NOT easy to get to if you have a big SUV and is very limited. The building is old and needs lots of renovations but we had a great time. Will not hesitate to stay there again. One last thing it’s near the airport so noise wise you will here the planes taking off.

Lots of confusion on the part of the staff as to who created the key cards and how to do it. THE POOL HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR YEARS, but it sure is all over the pictures online.

Bad odor on the carpet. Humidity makes ceiling and walls drip water. This room should not be listed.

So the room we got had a nice partial view of the ocean and the room itself was pretty neat and clean but I was told that the property had an active swimming pool and upon arrival we realized that the pool has been shut down for a long time and also after asking we weren't even accommodated for a day pass for the pool next door at the Fairmont we actually got escorted out when we tried to get some information because it was a bit confusing because even though they were both named esj one is Beach Club and one is Towers but yet they are somewhat connected and we ended up walking from our esj Towers Lobby into an exit door that goes to the pool area and we thought that was the pool for our hotel and it's when they approached us and escorted us out and wouldn't even give us any details

The staff was great and very helpful. I checked in they gave me a room and a parking spot however when I went to park my car there was already a car there then I went to the room and the keys didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs. The host was kind enough to reprogram the keys and go with us to the room which I’m glad she did BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS ALREADY in that room. But the host got on top of it asap and we ended up in another room down the hall. The pool still isn’t opened which was a bummer. Overall a good stay.
