Absolutely awful accommodation. We followed instructions to call 30 minutes before arrival. Arrived at location had to stand around for ages. Young man opened door eventually, with not even an apology or explanation. Then had to carry suitcases up four flights or stairs, without even a hint of an offer of help from our host. Got to room and underwhelming was the first downside. Was very worried host wanted to take a photo of my passport on what looked like a personal mobile phone. This room was filthy to the point in being unhygienic. Please see attached photos. When I put my bag on the table as we entered, it stuck to the table. The more we looked around, the room and its contents were so far from what was promised. Chairs had BIG stains on them. Surfaces were stinking. Furniture and paint were chipped. Water stains all over the wall. The bedside locker was particularly bad, with what looked like stains and blonde human hair attached. We actually thought about buying food from a local supermarket to cook in the kitchen. That wasn’t going to happen. We actually went and bought our own glasses. On leaving we checked under the bed, please see photos. The company website states that the rooms are professionally cleaned AND disinfected after every visit. Time didn’t permit, but if we had had more time we would have left and booked somewhere else. IF I COULD GIVE zero stars I wouldn’t even hesitate. Shocked that this place is even listed on hotels.com. NEVER AGAIN.

I spent a week at this apartment and below is my honest review. Pros: 1. Location - South Kensington is very central. Tube stop, grocery stores, restaurants all within a short walk 2. Air conditioning - not the most powerful AC but something is better than nothing especially during the heatwaves 3. The building is clean and exterior is pretty Cons: 1. The furniture in the apartment is functional at best - college dorm quality. 2. Bathroom is very small. There is no shelf or caddy to place the shampoo and other bottles, so they stay on the floor 3. The door to the enclosed shower area doesn't close fully and one of the walls was off its hindge - risky as can fall anytime 4. Appliances all lack maintenance - AC leaked water to the extent that the TV right below it was drenched. This could have led to a short circuit - Dishwasher foam flooded the kitchen area - Tea kettle needed descsaling 5. The master bed was loose in all hindges. Everytime one person moved the entire mattress vibrated. Very tough to get a decent night's sleep 6. Cleaning service happened only once when we got the apartment. We had to negotiate with the manager to get one more complimentary service since we were there for an entire week. 5. My BIGGEST problem was the requirement for constant follow-ups with the manager. There is no one available at the property for assistance. Everything requires multiple calls and follow-up and despite that, most of it happens 24-48 hour delay.

The apartment could have been cleaner and needs a bit of tlc. Pictures on website not really the same as in reality. Bed settee definitely not meant for an adult. In terms of staff and location both excellent. Tube literally 5 minutes walk and Royal Albert Hall only 13 minutes.

The room stated “city view” when instead it was at the basement and it had a window facing a wall underground. It was not possible to connect to the internet via your own 5G, only via WiFi (which was a problem for our work). Check with property before booking if you want to avoid finding yourself underground, we just left the same day of check in and unfortunately didn’t get any refund even if the description of the property online and what we found at our arrival did not correspond.

Lovely apartment and good location for Science Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Looking at the pictures I thought the apartment was on the top floor with balcony but in actual fact was in the basement. So would double check this when booking. It may have been my fault for not checking but as it was only for one night it was not a problem. I would recommend.

Everything was fine except the people we were traveling with had no hot water in there room for 3 days and had to use our shower. When hotel management was contacted about the problem they continued to lie about the issue. When a plumber appeared on the third day to fix the issue they shut the water off to the whole hotel without telling any of the guest. The water remained off until after 10pm at night. We contacted management about not having water in our room and they were non-responsive.

The highlight to this place is its location. Wonderful neighborhood with all the shops and restaurants you could want. The facilities were clean. The check in process was so-so. The major drawback was that the sofa bed was without hyperbole the worst bed I’ve ever ‘slept’ on. No exaggeration, the springs were digging into my skin so badly that I bruised.

Beautiful property and very nice apartment. Things they could improve on are pay attention to your property. Examples kitchen chair missing two screws on the seat section causing you to possibly fall backwards if used. Also bathroom vanity door was broken and also missing screw. The Bidet was not in operation at all, no problems from the United States as they are rare. Now for the main reason for the review!! Apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator is broken or not available for us to use. At age 73 it was a 67 steps challenge. But most importantly there was no hot water supplied to the shower! No way of contacting anyone as phone calls were not answered or in correct. Once. You check in you are on your own with no assistance. We did have help carrying one bag up the stairs.

The internet was strong. However, one of our worst stays anywhere … The A/C was weak; The table was rickety - afraid to use it; Elevator did not work and property managers told us it broke while we were there but it was out when we arrived; Worst though was terrible leaks when it rained - blowing breakers and making kitchen and microwave unusable! We wasted our last full day in London managing issues with this place! Don’t go!

I had to wait outside 30 minutes for the person to check me in. There was an alley full of trash next to the apartment building. That was a bad first impression. When we got inside, there was a pillow not sitting correctly on the sofa. I asked about that and he said to not worry, his friend had been there. That set off alarm bells and I felt very uncomfortable about who had access to the apartment. And at the very least, it is not professional to have someone in an apartment that someone is coming to check into. After he left, I looked around and it wasn't clean. There was mold in the bathroom. But my biggest concern was safety. It sounded like to me someone was hanging around in the apartment but it wasn't clear. But I didn't feel good about it. I did ask for a refund but was told that since I didn't complain while I was there, I would not get it. I expected that but as a young woman, I also didn't feel safe complaining to a man checking me in. And I am now getting emails from a different software (Stayz) which is very confusing. I assume the apartment is listed on many different sites. I left the apartment after checking in and stayed at a nearby hotel. The apartment is very tired looking.

The property advertised many things amongst which were facilities important for me: a lift (I had heavy luggage) and air conditioning (I was there in May and expecting a warmer month). I had also requested NOT to be in any basement apartment. Nothing was raised to my attention post reservation on line. On my arrival I noted there was no Reception and hence a call was made. I was greeted by Osman who then proceeded to show me a broken-down lift and a room in the basement. I was upset and he placated me by offering a mid week clean and further assistance with my luggage on check out. I then discovered that there were repair works outside my window followed by no water between 11 am to 3 pm the immediate next day! Additionally the apartment 1) lacked kettle 2) incomplete sets of cutlery 3) lack of dishwashing & washing machine tablets 4) insufficient face towels and 5) general lack of a starter kit. Over the next few hours, through different runners, most of the items were replaced/brought in. Thankfully the only thing that worked was the AC as London reached 30 deg heat over the next 3 days! The mid week clean never happened but Osman did send someone to assist with my bags on check out. All in all a truly disappointing service level and facilities. If it weren’t for Osman I would have given this a one star rating. The apt is in a good location, quiet and convenient to stores and public transport as well as restaurants. The rental was expensive but service poor.

Pretty expensive for what you get. No elevator. Not the cleanest. They provide one key (even for a party of 4) so if you lock yourself out, you have to coordinate a time to let yourself in. That said, they were responsive.

L'appartement est très bien situé , à 2 pas du musée d'histoire naturelle et à 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de métro "South Kensington". L'horaire d'arrivée est flexible en prévenant à l'avance et le logement était propre. Pour le départ, très facile aussi. Le seul bémol est quelques manques au niveau des ustensiles pour 4 personnes, c'est un peu juste et très peu d'eau chaude dans la douche ... Sinon, cela reste une très bonne adresse pour se loger dans un quartier sympa et animé.

Öncelikle ev sahibi saat 12 den itibaren erken check-ine müsaade etti. Ev south kensingtonda çok nezih ve güvenli bir sokakta yer almaktaydı. Toplu ulaşım yürüyerek 5 dk mesafede idi. Metro istasyonunun etrafı restaurant ve market açısından zengindi. Hyde park victoria-albert museum ve national history museum sadece yürüme mesafesiydi. 1.kattaki Evimize girdiğimizde yüksek tavanlı mutfağı ve banyosu ile ev konforunu tam teşekküllü olarak sunduğu için tatmin olduk. Özellikle kurutma makinesi seyahatimiz boyunca çok işimizi gördü. Studioya ait bir adet balkon teras da mevcuttu ve national history museumu manzara olarak izlemek çok güzeldi. Tek olumsuz yanı: açılır yatak konforsuz idi ama yinr de günü kurtarır. Bir kez daha londraya gelirsem tekrar düşünmeden tercih ederim. Türk misafirlere bir sürpriz: evde taharet musluğu var 😉
