It was pricey, but that's not my major complaint because it was last minute and beachfront. It's the fact that the pull out couch was broken and I slept on the floor so my girls can have the bed. I also didn't appreciate the roaches climbing on me

I’ll start off with the positives: The room is air conditioned and spacious. The terrace can 3-4 people max. The fact that I was about 40 or so steps from the beach was the ultimate plus. I didn’t need to cook anything since there were restaurants left and right which were easily accessible for the location. They were even willing to offer an early check in which was cool. The negatives were not that many but noticeable. The room can use an upgrade (paint/updated appliances/Clean the mold and water stains). I get it, it’s the first floor but it’s still a place that you’re paying $400 for so you would expect to get your moneys worth. If you’re on the first floor then be prepared to hear anyone that will be staying above you and there isn’t anything you can do about it, that’s just the way the unit is built. I wished they showed the other properties for their location as additional options as I only saw the terrace and the apartment. They also have a hotel right next to the terraces which would’ve also been helpful. The parking was covered but tight, especially if someone is parked next to you. Overall I can give this place a 7/10, would’ve been a solid 9/10 if the upgrades were made.

Although the room was clean it had limited things like silverware etc. The room had peeling paint etc. Bathroom was tiny. View of ocean was obstructed

Agree with many other reviews. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.

Vert disappointing stay. The unit was clean but very rundown. There were rocks in the washing machine I had to remove before using it. They want all the dishes clean before leaving but there were no dishtowels or wash rags in the kitchen. The rug was very frayed and the corners did not stay down creating a trip hazzard that was hard to avoid. The TV did not work the entire 2 days we were there. Parking is a nightmare you must be able to park in very tight spaces and we were often blocked and had to ask others to move their car. The location is great and with a decent paint job new flooring and ceiling tiles it could be a nice place. Definitely not worth the price we spent. The heated pool is a pool with a solar cover. BUYER BEWARE.

Nice views

Comfortable beds with beautiful view. Somewhat basic, no bathmats, one towel per person, kitchen table dirty No oven mitts, kitchen towels or way to clean pots and pans. Make sure you bring your own. Out of date tvs and love seat cushions coming apart A/c worked great its a good unit for larger groups. deck seats comfortable.

Stay July 2025

Parking extremely tight. Tandum parking with other properties parking at different angles next to you making it hard to maneuver. Terrance 2 very large with 3 queen beds and trundle bed in delirium as well. Old property but met our needs well. Nice balcony with lots of seating overlooking ocean. We could stay again. If you are looking for fancy or new, this is not the place however it is nicely done, very spacious. Staf was very nice and accommodating. We would recommend if anyone looking for a roomy place with good accommodations and view of ocean with easy Walk to beach, but not new, yet nice. We enjoyed it.

We stayed in one of the villas. We were only staying for one night. We were not given any instructions on where to check in, as the villa was locked and we had to rely on a nearby resident to direct us to the hotel about 2 buildings down. Upon entering, we discovered the bathroom commode was leaking and there was water all over the bathroom tiles. They had to come and repair that. Then my husband opened the cabinet under the kitchen sink and it was filled with wet bugs and food that must have leaked from the kitchen sink. There was also an odor coming out of the cabinet. We called the desk and were told that there wasnt anyone on staff who could take care of it till next day. We were checking out in am so we were stuck with it. When checking out we asked the manager for a reasonable adjustment on the room due to the condition and maintenance needed, and we were only offered 10 percent discount which we refused.

Housekeeping was not good. Dirty bathtubs, filthy rugs throughout apartment. It smelled of dogs it never looked like it was cleaned. The bedding was clean though.

The proximity to the ocean was fantastic. Our room had a damp odor, the fans and blinds were extremely dirty. The terraces see like they could use an update.

Great view if 3rd floor.

The set up was a little different since you had to check in at the neighboring hotel. We were on the 3rd floor terrace which provided the only unobstructed view of the beach. My issue were with the rugs. They didn't seem as clean as they could be.
