Clean and Pristine. It was a pretty good size condo. Kitchen was fully stocked with cups/ pots and pans but was missing basics like sugar etc. Easy check in instructions. We loved it.

we enjoyed our stay, the only issues we had were the TV in the main living room didn't work and the queen bed downstairs was an air bed and kept deflating in the middle of the night. The unit was well equipped and we did enjoy our stay overall.

The unit was beautiful, very clean and well kept. Nice bed rooms upstairs & downstairs. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Large big screen TV in living room. TV’s in both bed rooms. Steps from the indoor parking garage for easy unloading and loading. Secured underground parking garage. Friendly front desk staff. Shuttle bus only a few yards from building. We would definitely stay there again.!! The Warren Family from Denver, CO.

Αρνητικά: Check-in
Great amenities and location, but check-in delays and no AC Rating: 3/5 Stars We stayed here for one night over the 4th of July weekend . Ahead of time, the front desk lady was very helpful regarding local fire updates and wisely suggested the $20 insurance just in case. She also assured us we could check in early or at least use the excellent facilities (pool, sauna, hot tub) and free parking while we waited. We arrived at 9:00 AM, got our garage code, and went to enjoy Vail Village. Check-in wasn’t until 4:00 PM, but we were told it would likely be ready much sooner. By 2:00 PM, tired from the parade and the heat, we called for an update but were told to keep waiting for a text. We returned to the property at 3:00 PM and finally got into our room just before 4:00 PM. The delay felt unreasonable once we saw the room and the checkout policy. The condo wasn't spotless—we had to wipe down crumbs on the table. Crucially, guests are given a whole book of chores, including throwing out your own trash and cleaning the condo to the standard it was received, all before a strict 10:00 AM checkout. If guests are doing the heavy cleaning, why did check-in take until 4:00 PM? Lastly, there is no air conditioning in this unit, only heat. On a hot July weekend, the room was stifling. Management absolutely needs to disclose this to summer travelers. The amenities and parking were great, but the late check-in, early checkout, chore list, and lack of AC made it overpriced

Simba Run is well maintained and has everything you need for a great vacation! Pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, work out facility, tennis and pickle ball, 2BR 2BA condos, full kitchen, and laundry. Conveniently located on the bus route -you can take the Free town of Vail bus into Vail Village or it’s a short walk into Lionshead along the Gore Creek trail. Highly recommend Simba Run!

Propert was very nice, room was clean, check-in was easy. We were there in late June and it was in the mid 80’s during the day, this condo does not have AC, and is really close to I-70. It was too hot too sleep with the windows closed, and too noisy to sleep with the windows open. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, if it was cooler weather.

Best appointed and best condition ski condo. Uncertainty prior to check in not knowing which unit would be ours. The available condos are similar but not identical. The shuttle to Lionshead and Vail Village was frequent and convenient with great drivers.

My group of 3-4 friends have been coming to Simba Run for the last 5+ years and it delivers every time. It’s simply the best bang for your buck that you can find close to the mountain. It is a quick 3 min drive to Lionshead or Vail Village. The rooms are all very accommodating and there’s plenty of space for 3-4 people to comfortably sleep in their own beds. The hot tubs and steam / sauna rooms are perfect after a day of skiing as well!
