SCAM, TRAP, DON'T BOOK HERE!
We decided to book here because the pictures on Vrbo looked amazing and it had a great description and amenities. We found when we arrived for our anniversary that the property looks NOTHING like the pictures. You pull up and there is a dumpster out front. Walking in you see that it's missing baseboards, the walls are scuffed, and no signage anywhere inside. After checking in we found that the elevator had plywood and duct tape floors. Going up to the room there continued to be missing baseboards, the walls were dirty. In the room the locks on the room don't feel secure, there was hair in the sink, red stains on the toilet seat, stains and mold in the shower, damage to the walls, etc. In the bedroom the walls were partially painted and had damage to the wall corners. The hot tub is not inside as pictures appeared. It's under the hotel outside, next to a parking garage with a steel half gate so there really isn't privacy. The hot tub itself was disgusting (the bottom was greenish yellow) and was also filled with cigarettes, sugar packets, and leaves. We left because we felt unsafe and the main reason for booking for our anniversary (soaking the aches from walking all day) was gross. If you try contacting the hotel, their voicemail is full and no one will respond. Even expedia never got a response. You won't get a refund.
They have an F rating with the BBB as well.
