Stayed in a family apartment. A little dated but fine and we appreciated the separate rooms with kitchen. Great South Bank location. Special acknowledgement for Liam who helped us at check-in, including parking our van which was right at the height limit. You are certainly paying a high fee AUD 40, but the local parking garages are not necessarily much cheaper and we were very glad to load our bags on-site. Liam came to the carpark and watched to ensure my van fit and was similarly attentive when we departed.

Once again we had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are a great size, well equipped, and we did have a good view. Unfortunately there is maintenance needed - areas in the bathrooms were mouldy and the lift is noisy. Apart from these issues the location is fabulous and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was really good and the pool and gym as well.

We were on the 8th floor and the room was very noisy. You can hear every car. I wouldn't stay again because of it. Room smelt and didn't feel that clean. Breakfast was good.

Staff was really nice and friendly,the room had a good layout but it could be a bit newer and cleaner and it was a good location.

The room fit all five of us (2 adults 3 kids). Rooms are older which is fine however cleaning could be better-mirrors were all streaked and found biscuits from another guest under chair cushions! Front desk staff were fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was a solid hotel buffet.

Fantastic for families! The 6 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had so much space and 2 bathrooms plus a laundry. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well resourced and the apartment was clean although a little tired in spots. The breakfast was a great addition and the kids loved the pool and spa. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely place. Easily accommodated my family. New towels daily delivered and location was fabulous. I love the small details of a wee candy bar in reception with iced water. The indoor pool at the top of the building was also a blessing for traveling with kids.

Room needed a few maintenance fix ups like the broken toilet roll holder that came completely off the wall. The towel hook missing in the bathroom. The lamp in the bedroom had an electrical issue within the power cord. The shampoo bottle was empty in the shower. The pool however was great as were the fitness facilities.

Hotel bien situé par rapport au acces tram, train et centre ville, mais propreté assez médiocre dans l'ensemble, les fournitures pour l'appartement étaient en nombre insuffisant : pour 4 personnes, 3 assiette, 3 cuillères, pas de bol pour petit dej, pas de tasse, pas de possibilité de se faire un café ( juste une bouilloire)., besoin de demander des serviettes car en nombre insuffisant...

We booked a room for 6. Tried to book parking through the hotel to get transferred overseas to someone who had no idea and could barely speak English. Also the room Only had 4 towels, tried calling the contacting the 24 hour reception multiple times to get no answer. Went downstairs to find no one at the 24 hour reception. Had to call the hotel direct to get in contact with them to ask for additional towels to get told we don’t have enough. Also had to request the staff to fix the main tv as they didn’t work. Also stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear a lot of traffic. For the price for 6 people was okay but we wont be staying again.

Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff lovely. Room was clean but old and dated. Water pressure in the shower was weak and shower over bath was dangerously slippery. Unable to configure the change of water from shower head to bath tap so as to bathe my grandchildren. No book/manual in room with information or instructions. Check in staff were efficient. Location of hotel was excellent for a 5 minute walk to Alexandra Gardens to participate in the Mother's Day Classic. Overall our stay was good.

First of all, I just want to comment on the inaccuracies of the car park rate was not expected, the rate that I have been given from the comms through Expedia and when I arrived are different. However I have to give credits to the staff for letting me checking out later due to an event we are attending. The property itself I believe already showings its age and more of a 3 stars not 4 stars hotel. Room signage is kinda unclear and I should say that the interior cleanliness is so so. Thankfully we did not experience rude staff etc but well they could improve the cleanliness and tidyness of the linen and the room I think. If you can get this with a discounted rate I reckon get it as location wise is quite close to tram and train through Flinders station. Just a warning that this hotel more of a 3 stars not 4 stars as listed here. Don't expect the cleanliness or 4 stars hotel facility. So as long as you don't expect much and just focus on the value and easiness to travel you should be ok.
