It’s a nice place but there are things to know. Family friendly , great location (grocery stores and gas stations nearby), and the driving range and pool are fine. Downside: these are time shares so some of the units are good but old. If you are lucky, it’s updated or you get old carpet. There is NO AC so be prepared. It was hot. Still ..nice place and very nice people on site.

Condo was clean and roomy, but was a bit dated. The biggest issue for us was no air conditioning, and this was not made clear in the listing.Would be fine off season, but not in the summer.

This property is located at Island Park which is 40 minutes drive to west entrance of Yellowstone and 2.5 hrs to Grand Teton National Park. Cabins are ok but very old. We were in month of July and it was too hot but these cabins has No AC and the only table Fan provided was too loud. Housekeeping staff was rude when we asked for extra towels for our third day of stay.

The value for money isn't particularly high—it's just passable. It’s not as convenient as staying in the town of West Yellowstone; although the prices are similar, the town itself offers greater convenience.

There is a kitchen. There is wifi. There is a bed. It was not comfortable. The room reeked of old grease. Even opening windows a whole day didn't help. Every time we came back to the room it hits you in the face. It was very warm in the bedroom. Unable to use box fan due to it not functioning. Photos online did give a bit false perception of the very dated structure in room. Bathroom is so small you can barely fit yourself in it. The shower, no matter what sprayed everywhere and extremely uncomfortable to use. I'm short but my son is tall and daughter is taller than myself and no one had a good shower experience. Just unsatisfied with the quality vs the price that had to be paid. Staff was friendly. Just couldn't tell about the issues because we were back to room after 9 and left next morning before 9 and returned after 9. For the price I wouldn't recommend.

The property was clean and the management was friendly. We spent most of our time at Yellowstone and Teton National Park so we did not get to use the pool, hit tub, gym or game room. I gave the Timbers a 3/5 because the bed was terribly uncomfortable and so was the pull out coach. We spent 3 nights here and nobody got much sleep due to discomfort. The unit we were in definitely needs updated. It had shag carpet, felt very damp, no AC, and the kitchen was older. They did provide a dishwasher with tablets, dish soap, toiletries, and paper towels.

The Timbers at Island Park exceeded our expectations and turned out to be the perfect Yellowstone-area home base for our three-night stay. The value was outstanding, especially considering the quality of the accommodations and the location. While West Yellowstone is about 20 minutes away, that's simply part of visiting this region—everything around Yellowstone is spread out, and the drive is easy, scenic, and stress-free. In return, you get a peaceful retreat away from the crowds and traffic. Our one-bedroom apartment felt freshly remodeled and exceptionally well maintained. It featured a full kitchen, comfortable living room, dining area, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom, and a private balcony. The plush carpeting, fresh paint, updated trim work, and like-new finishes throughout made the entire unit feel clean, modern, and welcoming. One of the biggest advantages was the quiet setting. The Timbers offers a safe, secluded atmosphere where you can truly relax after a long day exploring Yellowstone. It's the kind of place where you can come back, unwind, and recharge in comfort. The only minor drawback was the lack of an in-unit washer and dryer, although laundry services are available on the property for a small cash fee. For us, this was hardly a concern and certainly not a deal breaker. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable Yellowstone-area stay with plenty of space and a peaceful setting, The Timbers at Island Park is an excellent choice. Just stock up on fo

The rooms were clean and the property amenities were awesome we really enjoyed our trip! The condos do not have AC something I didn’t know beforehand maybe I missed it but I’m not sure it was mentioned on the website to us to know beforehand. Luckily we were there early June and it was not too hot yet, but later in summer that may be an issue for some! All in all we loved our stay though!

The property is little old but very good location safe and clean . The only thing was the sofa bed was little flimsy. I wish they had given better bedding and comforters for the sofa bed. May be I could have collected from house keeping but the timing did not work for me

Very spacious, it does not have AC which was fine for the beginning of June but may be an issue if in hotter months. We had a 2nd floor unit which we were unaware of when booking. It would be helpful to know that ahead of time because we had someone with a bad knee. Overall it was a nice location and everyone that worked there was very nice.

Property and time spent there was amazing. Very welcoming and comfortable for sure. Enjoyed the feeling of being at home while away, and the hospitality of all the staff we encountered was professional and helpful. Definitely a stay here planned for next years tournament. However, the food establishment right outside the lodge advertising dinner and breakfast buffet ( can’t remember the name just the big advertisement banner) is by far the worst establishment and environment. Really sad that your amazing facilities have to be associated with this place as the staffing is exuberantly unprofessional, and extremely rude. Everything we attempted to order was a life ruining event for the hosted/waitress to the point my family and I paid $15 for untouched drinks and walked out of the establishment. Thank you for the amazing weekend at your facility
