My family enjoyed our stay at Dunes! We loved having access to both properties and indoor water parks. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we had no issues. We extended our stay the last day and was able to remain in the same room. We will be returning!!

This was are 5th stay at Dunes because we just absolutely love it!!Perfect for the kids.Always clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Our rooms each visit have been amazing. We love there are smart tv's!We prefer the Palmetto Tower as that is where Starbucks and Captians Cafe are located. At the bar outside you can even purchase food from the cafe.Always ice cream trucks coming and going between the 2 towers which is great!Location is perfect and it's very family friendly.Plenty of hot tubs and pools so it never feels overly crowded.

Our room location was great! Left turn and we could go to either pool or we where located right across the street from tower 2, turn right and we could go inside for coffee and the restaurant and exit to the parking garage for our car. The view was great! We had an ocean view, balcony room so we could see the outdoor pools and tiki bar from our room! Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and right in between both Shopping centers which was convenient! Very family friendly and highly recommended.

The suite was very spacious with a great view. Bathroom was large with a jet tub. Bedroom had its own entrance to the bathroom. The resort's restaurants were spacious with large food portions and great service. Covered parking was a plus. Great access to the beach. We will stay here again.

Water park was great for our 4 and 6 year old and they loved both. The close proximity to the beach was great and made it really easy to take things too and from the beach. The showers by the pool let us get back to the room clean with virtually no sand in the room which was great! Not the fault of the hotel but there isn’t much in walking distance so we had to travel for dinners each night but I would recommend And would come back again!

Im not sure what other properties look like but I cant imagine them being much better . You get two water parks. Big slides, small slides , big lazy river , small lazy river , 4 pools , 3 jacuzzis , 3 splash parks . I could have missed something and its right on the beach. If you have kids small and big I think there is something for everyone. Restuarants food was responsibly priced and tasty. Im not a drinker, , they were plentiful with the alcohol , I had to give my drink away:) They played good music , they had something planned everyday, like magic shows , basketball tournaments, . They have shuffle board , 2 ping pong tables, over sized connect four , chess and checkers. The only problem i have is they only clean rooms on Tuesday. I wish they would have come and tidy up every 3 or 4 days. The floor got kinda sandy after a while . Other than that I had no complaints.

The customer service the staff provide was wonderful. Very welcoming as soon as we arrived on the property. They did a great job keeping up with the cleanliness of the hallways, pools and rooms as busy as it was this weekend. Definitely 10/10 experience.

My family absolutely loved this resort! They’re so many activities to keep the children entertained, not to mention the indoor water parks. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Thanks to the manager, we were placed in the room we booked (2Q deluxe studio w/Kitchenette). This took 2 hours to fix & wasted time we could have spent on the beach/activity- We were given 1Q & Murphy bed w/kitchen. The Murphy bed placement was going to disrupt the flow of walking & moving about as the beds would touch bottom to bottom leaving no room to pass.. (I’m not folding it up and down). Anyway, the 2Q deluxe studio was great. I love the extra vanity space & mirror in the room to get ready as others could use the bathroom area. The outlet at the vanity was not tight, the plug would almost fall out/droop. It was quiet in the room. We had plenty of hot water. Room was clean-wiped every thing w/Clorox wipes for my OCD. Oceanfront w/2 chairs on the balcony, 2 dressers with a TV on each, lounge chair, small table w/4 chairs (one placed at vanity). Fridge was cold & freezer worked. We didn’t use the Kitchen space, but looked for scissors- didn’t find. I love it had a large trash can! The beds were comfortable. Didn’t care for the pillows. Terrible placement of bathroom fixtures. 2 towel racks- The one was above the toilet; the towels actually were touching the toilet as they are hanging. It needs raised! No hand towel rack. The toilet paper was difficult to reach-down under the sink & behind the toilet & under hanging towels. No suitcase holders or plastic laundry bags. A few hooks in the entry would be a great addition along w/full sized mirror.

Our family stays at the Dunes Village every year and have for many years. We appreciate that we can get a two or three bedroom apartment. We love the laundry located in the room. This year, the two bedroom apartment that we stayed in looked as though it was freshly painted. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are large. We appreciate having a coffee shop serving Starbucks on the premises. We eat at the Captain's Cafe at least once every visit. We spend a lot of time at the lazy river when not on the beach. Everything is so convenient.
