This beautiful house has 3 floors connected by an internal staircase. Outside you can find the fully fenced and illuminated garden area, with pool, terrace and a beautiful teak outdoor table. Embedded in the rear facade of the house there is a barbecue, you will also find a ping-pong table and a children's playhouse and a kayak with capacity for 3 people. On the ground floor you will find: a toilet, a living room with a comfortable sofa (double bed) and a 65 "television with Astra satellite, the dining room with capacity for 9 people attached to the kitchen with capacity in its central island for 2 more guests and a laundry.It should be noted that the kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle ...

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds and one with a single bed with the possibility of becoming a double bed, a full bathroom, a double room with bathroom with bathtub en suite. Our villa enjoys an idyllic location, nestled on a tongue of land between Lake Esperanza, which is the largest natural lake in Mallorca (continuation of the Albufera Natural Park) and the Bay of Alcúdia. With a beach of 6 kilometers of white sand beach and crystal clear waters, perfect for children since you have to go deep into the water to cover. With all the services and activities to have fun both as a couple and as a family.
The charm of our villa lies in its situation: a quiet area next to the lake and the beach but less than 500 meters from the most commercial area of ​​Alcudia (Avda. Pedro Mas y Reus), where you will have all kinds of shops, restaurants , bars, clubs and much more.

Access to the villa is made from Acacias Street by private entrance through a pedestrian access door or through the sliding door to enter with your vehicle. It has a private parking space.
