Rural estate with 12. 000 sqm and 2 typical and charming houses surrounded by nature. It's located near the town and the best beaches of Mallorca (Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita).

A perfect place for a holiday with friends or with the family!

For stays up to 1 week: replacement of towels on the 4th day.
For stays longer than 1 week: cleaning and replacement of sheets and towels on the 7th day.

IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2.00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.
