Private: garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 06:00-22:00). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Roofed, parking. Restaurant 800 m, bakery 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
