Added to this is an independent chalet of 18m2, at the bottom of the garden, with kitchenette, shower room and wc.

Quiet area inhabited all year round, cycle paths 100m away. Reversible air conditioning in the house.

NB: fixed end-of-stay cleaning €80 to be paid when entering the premises, as well as the tourist tax: €2.20/day/adult over 18 years old.

Also provide a deposit check of €1000 not cashed and returned 4 to 7 days after the end of the stay.
