1442 Residence Kalura - Trilo 4

A few steps from the center of  Porto Cesareo e from the beaches, is located the Residence Kalura, a complex of 4 holiday homes for rent to spend a vacation by the sea in Salento. On the ground floor there’s the apartment Trilo 4. Just like the other 3 apartments it has a reserved parking space located in an area adjacent to the building. The three-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The whole complex can offer in total accommodation up to 19 people. Animals are not allowed.

The Trilo 4 of the residence Kalura is a simple and essential holiday home where you can spend a wonderful holiday in Puglia, by the Ionian Sea. The Trilo 4 is independent and can be accessed through a gate that leads to the furnished veranda with a table and chairs where you can relax out in the open air
 
The interior of the apartment has a large living room with dining room, a TV, and a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchenette well-equipped so you can cook your favorite dishes with pleasure, 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower, 1 second bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The doors and windows of the three-room apartment are provided with mosquito nets. 
 
The other solutions to spend a holiday in Porto Cesareo
Trilo 4 one of the 4 holiday homes that forms the Residence Kalura. The other 3 solutions are  Bilo 1 on the ground floor and Bilo 7 and il Trilo 7 on the second floor which have a shared entrance. In total the Residence offers 6 bedroom and 6 bathrooms. All the holiday homes are simple and welcoming and equipped with air conditioning. 
 
The surroundings of Trilo 4 - Residence Kalura
The holiday home Trilo 4 is part of the Residence Kalura, and is located on one of the main streets of Porto Cesareo, which connects the city center with the long beaches of the coast. The vivid center with all commercial and personal services is only 150 meters from the holiday homes, while the first bathing establishments are 500 meters away and can also be reached on foot.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
- One bathroom is en suite.
