The air-conditioned apartment, with private entrance, is located on the raised ground floor of a small family house with three apartments that can be rented for up to 10 people. At disposal the outdoor shower for common use, the fenced property with private parking. The rocky beach just 300 m from the house, while the sandy beach is equipped with deck chairs and parasols for a fee of about 750 m. The village of Bašanija at a distance of 750 m where there are grocery store, bakery, bank, restaurants, bars and more.
The apartment is located at the back of the house and is completely divided by the two other apartments that are rented in the house. It offers a simple but functional furniture. It has a double bedroom with wardrobe not divided by a door from the kitchen but only with a part of the wall, the kitchen equipped with table and chairs with direct exit to the terrace, large bathroom with shower and external window, sink with cabinet and toilet . The small terrace at the entrance with a table and chairs where you can spend your evenings drinking the delicious Istrian wine. In the apartment there are satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, linen, 2 towels per person per bathroom per week, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and indispensable pans.
The area is surrounded by private houses, small condominiums, olive groves, meadows, there are natural (rocky) beaches crowded in the vicinity for those who love tranquility and clear sea.
The excellent restaurants in the area recommended for those who love good Istrian cuisine, on the beaches you will find fast food, bars, and a nice quiet area for walks. Nearby is the Savudrija tourist village, the Savudrija campsite and the famous Savudrija lighthouse. The area is highly sought after for its variety of sandy beaches, with gravel and rocky for every need and taste.
