The apartment complex Batimat is located in a small fishing place Ljubač, 14 kilometers west of Zadar and 30 kilometers east of the island - city of Pag. The village has two small stores and two restaurants/pizzerias. In the village, Ljubač offers home-grown seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as olive oil harvested directly from the fields.

Ljubač has a small harbor where Batimat apartments have their own powerboats and kayaks that can be conveniently rented. Ljubač is 15 minutes away from the city center of Zadar and 30 minutes away form airport Zemunik, which makes traveling very easy. In Zadar you can enjoy summer festivities throughout the village such as outdoor concerts, as well as a variety of clubs and restaurants.
