For shared use: garden 1 ha (fenced) with plants and flowers, parking on the premises. Shop, grocery, supermarket 200 m, sandy beach "La Galiotte" 1 km, shingle beach "Calanque des Louvans" 30 m, park "ARECA" 800 m. Sports harbour 1 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand, Lunapark 5 km, Fréjus 6 km, St Raphael 8 km. Please note: no lift. Residence with electric gates.

Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, combination microwave) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Terrace 9 m2, roofed terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n B11. Please note: smoke alarm.
