Three bedrooms. 1 x Ground floor double (space limited in ground floor double bedroom so ideal for one guest). 1 x Ground floor twin. 1 x First floor king size double. First floor reading room. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin & WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area
What makes this property unique
Gas central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. No washing machine at the property but there is a handy launderette in Newport. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Electric Vehicles: This property does not have a charge point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels and cot linen. Cot, highchair and stair gate available on request. Pay & Display car park opposite. Large patio area with large picnic table and seating for eight, steps to large lawn with two further benches. The patio at the back is partially shared with a neighbouring property, but is fenced off for privacy and Brynawelon guests have exclusive use of the garden. The large garden is enclosed but we cannot guarantee it is dog or child proof. One well behaved dog welcome (additional charge applies). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk, coast, 10 mins walk
