This child-friendly vacation rental is located in the Palazzuolo sul Senio district, just 5 km away from the center of Marradi. It is situated in a quiet, sunny, elevated position along the wooded area, making it the perfect destination for a peaceful getaway. Guests can enjoy shared access to the property's 150 hectares of land, as well as two swimming pools. The pools measure 14 x 6 m and have a depth of 140 cm. They are available seasonally from May 20th to September 30th.

In addition to swimming, guests can also enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. The property offers an unconventional pool shape, as well as an outdoor shower, tennis court (available from May 16th to September 12th at an extra cost), table tennis, boccia, and a children's playground. Other shared amenities include a reception area, restaurant, WiFi, and a washing machine (available at an extra cost).

The vacation rental is conveniently located near several attractions, including Firenzuola (36 km), Borgo San Lorenzo (40 km), Imola (46 km), Scarperia (50 km), and Barberino del Mugello (59 km). Please note that the photograph shows a typical example and that additional accommodations can be booked. Guests are required to wear bathing caps, and one swimming pool is only available from June 30th to September 2nd. This pool measures 20 x 9 m and has a depth of 1.40 m. A sector for children only is available with a depth of 0.50 m. Inside the structure, guests can also enjoy a non-regulatory football field and a five-a-side football field.
