Nice and cozy APARTMENT a stone's throw from the D'Annunziana pine forest and the sea. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms: one double and one with two songoli beds. There is also a large living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a large perimeter balcony.

The Ala sul Mare is located a few minutes by car from the A14 motorway (exit Città Sant'Angelo) and 4 km from the center of Pescara. Private parking space and exit on Strada-Parco.

Montesilvano is a city overlooking the sea and is located a few kilometers from Pescara. The position is strategic to satisfy any need and taste: close to the highway and 10km from the airport; with about 45 minutes by car you are in the beautiful mountain landscapes of the Maiella or the national park of Abarbzzo. Our apartment also has an entrance that leads directly to the Strada-Parco, a cycle path that allows you to reach the center of Pescara with 15 minutes by bicycle.
