Villa Alux is brand-new and is one of four villas in a closed-off development with 24-hour security guard. Walking distance to the heart of Tulum, 15-min from beaches, Cenotes and Tulum ruins (trips / best eats and other information provided in my personalized Tulum guidebook). The villa has 4 bedrooms / 6 bathrooms and includes almost all imaginable luxury amenities including 2 pools, rooftop with fully equiped gym, chill-out zone & barbeque and shaded lounge area. Parking / fast WiFi.
