Nearby attractions: Fleuve 3 km, Chaumont-sur-Loire 8 km, Château de Chenonceaux 27 km, Château de Chambord 39 km, Tours 44 km.

Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace and shower. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
