If you're looking to relax, the estate is located 80 km from the sea and boasts a swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm) available from May to October.

On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is a double bedroom with a bed (160 cm) and another double bedroom with 2 beds (80 cm). The kitchen/living room has 4 hot plates, an oven, and a freezer, as well as an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. From here, you can exit to the terrace.

There are two shower/bidet/WC units, one on each floor. The apartment has both electric heating and gas heating, with the latter incurring an extra fee. The natural stone floors add to the rustic charm of the property.

The terrace, measuring 20 m2, is roofed and features a patio, terrace furniture, and a barbecue. The view of the countryside is stunning. For families with infants, there is a baby cot available for up to 2-year-olds.
