Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Public parking on the road extra. Shop 100 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, railway station "Calenella" 6 km, sandy beach 2 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence.

Balcony, terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. View of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No lift.
