Residence "Poggio di Nocola" is a charming vacation rental located in the district of Noccolino, just 4.5 km away from the center of Riparbella. The vacation rental is situated on a large property of 10,000 m2, which is fenced and includes a terraced garden. One of the highlights of the residence is the large swimming pool, which is also fenced for safety reasons. Measuring 14 x 7 m and with a depth of 140 - 140 cm, the pool is available seasonally from 15th May to 15th September. Guests can also use the outdoor shower and park their cars on the premises. The sandy beach of "Marina di Cecina" is just 14.5 km away, while the thermal baths of "Calidario" are located 50 km away.

The surrounding area offers plenty of attractions for visitors to explore during their stay at "Poggio di Nocola". Bolgheri, a charming medieval village, is only 30 km away, while the cities of Pisa and Florence are within driving distance, at 66 km and 110 km respectively. This apartment is a 2-room space that ranges from 36 to 38 m2 and is located on the 1st floor. The furnishings are modern and include a living/sleeping room with a double sofabed (160 cm long and 190 cm wide), a dining table, and a TV. There is also an exit to the terrace, which provides a marvellous panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains.

The apartment also features a room with two beds that are 80 cm wide and 190 cm long. There is an open kitchen equipped with an oven and four gas rings. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and the apartment is heated with gas.

Guests can enjoy the terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture. It's important to note that this apartment is for non-smokers only, and only one pet or dog is allowed.
