Deluxe: Located on the top floor with views of the ocean and dunes, two balconies (Free Wifi, Smart TV, full kitchen, 48m2, fully equipped) El Paseo has 6 types of apartments, with capacity for between 1 and 3 people.
Each apartment measures around 48 m² and has a separate bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen / living room, a bathroom and two private balconies / terraces.

All the apartments are separated and isolated from each other, and have side partitions to preserve the privacy on the two balconies / terraces, having wide openings, which avoid suffering air conditioning and allow optimal ventilation throughout the year.
We are a complex of 18 apartments and this allows us to pamper everyone who visits us.

With a privileged location in front of Playa del Inglés and next to the Dunes of Maspalomas, our apartments provide all the comforts to guarantee maximum comfort and a well-deserved rest.
