Quiet village location with fantastic views from the terrace over the Gruyere Region. 15 minute walk from Le Paquier Montbarry rail station. Hourly connections to Fribourg, Lausanne, Berne, Gstaad.

A young professional, I am looking after my parent's house whilst they are abroad, and renting out rooms on a colocation basis to help with the bills.

Why they chose this property

My parents bought the house ten years ago as a family home for six of us, and it has been a fantastic base for skiing, cycling, and working and studying in Bulle. As well as good size bedrooms, the shared kitchen and lounge are large, and the house enjoys fantastic views over Gruyeres and the local mountains.

What makes this property unique

We are looking for the right mix of colocataires to enjoy the property together, and welcome requests from those temporarily in the region, including guest workers, apprentices and students.
