In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, railway station "Fügen" 2.7 km. Mountain railway 2.1 km, ski lift 2.1 km, ski bus stop 5 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertalbahn Kaltenbach 6 km, Spieljochbahn 2.1 km. Besitzer wohnt manchmal am Wochenende im separatem Hausteil. Der Besitzer sieht gelegentlich nach dem Garten und nimmt den Müll mit.
