This Grade II listed cottage rests in Plymouth, Devon and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Clover Cottage is an impressive Grade II listed cottage resting on the outskirts of Plymouth in easy reach of the amenities of Hooe in Devon. There is one king-size bedroom served by a ground-floor bathroom, sleeping a total of two guests. The cottage also hosts a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the front of the property is a designated parking space for one car as well as a waterside lawned garden with furniture, while a second garden can be accessed to the rear via the stairs. Clover Cottage is a beautiful romantic retreat, in a fabulous location from which to explore Devon's coast. Please note: This property does not allow children.

Electric oven and gas hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Front enclosed garden with lawn and seating overlooking the lake. Rear enclosed garden with lawn. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: The cottage has steep, winding stairs and are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Note: The rear garden is accessed via the stairs.
