Sea Thrift is a smart duplex style apartment, 50 yards from the beach in the Devon coastal town of Teignmouth. The apartment sleeps two people in one kingsize bedroom on the first floor, with a pristine shower located on the ground floor. The living space is open plan with sitting area, dining area and a neat kitchen. Close to beach, shops and restaurants, Sea Thrift is perfect for enjoying holiday by the sea in Devon.

Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free on-street parking is available in the vicinity, or paid parking is available nearby in public car parks (weekly permits can be purchased on-line in advance). One well behaved pet accepted at £25 per pet per week, sorry no smoking. Shops, pub and beach all 50 yards.

Town: The historic, seaside town of Teignmouth is situated in South Devon on the mouth of the Teign estuary and boasts a working harbour, sandy beach, Victorian pier, sailing club, diving centre and sea activity centre. The seaward side of the town is known as ‘the Den’ and has elegant Georgian buildings, a large public area with lawns, play areas, tennis courts, a bowling green, and a miniature lighthouse. On the opposite side of Teignmouth are fishing boats and beach huts, plus views of the village of Shaldon and the hills of Dartmoor can be seen. Teignmouth also hosts folk and jazz festivals each year, whilst both the town and Shaldon hold annual carnivals and water regattas. If you decide to venture further afield, there is plenty to see and do close to Teignmouth including; the stunning Dartmoor National Park, the city of Exeter, plus the nearby harbour towns are well worth exploring.
